Maddy was very sweet. It is unfortunate that Nate is her leadership role model. A leader should set an example not pass blame in front of customers. He was standing next to her overseeing the interaction when we said no gravy on the potatoes. She called out no gravy on the potatoes. She made a mistake on the register, and asked for his assistance. He was very disconnected when he came over to help her. Not once did he smile. When he put the the tray down in front of us there was gravy on both orders of the potatoes. I brought this to his attention, another young lady in the back apologized. He mumbled something to Maddy about the order, walked away, came back with two bowls that he dropped onto the tray and walked away. Not once did he apologize. As he gave others their orders, he dropped or tossed their bags and boxes on the counter. Again, not one smile, have a nice day, come again, enjoy your meal, nothing. When I went back up to get the blueberry biscuits we were waiting for, another customer was waiting for their order. He again yelled out their order, dropped their bag on the counter and started to walk away. Maddy quickly realized he made a mistake and as quietly as she could verified the order with him. He confirmed he put spices on the fries and she said they were not supposed to have the spices. His reply to her was he is not a mind reader as he walked away to tell the back they needed another order. When she took the order originally she called the order out twice "no spices on the fries" he didn't need to be a mind reader he just needed to listen. His demeanor is arrogant. Bojangles is a fast-food restaurant chain that specializes in Southern-style cuisine. I recently had the opportunity to dine at one of their locations and was impressed by the amount of food I received for the money. The portions were generous and I found the food to be both tasty and filling.

I ordered a combo meal that included a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. The chicken sandwich was delicious, with a crispy and flavorful coating on the chicken. The sauce and toppings were also well-balanced and added a nice tanginess to the sandwich. The fries were also great, with a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. They were well-seasoned and had a great potato flavor. The drink was a standard fountain drink, but it was cold and refreshing. One thing that stood out to me about Bojangles was the value for money. I received a lot of food for the price I paid, and I was impressed by how much food was included in the combo meal. It was more than enough to fill me up and I even had leftovers. The food was as you would expect at a Bojangles. The thing that really set this location off was the staff!

We stopped by here last Saturday night on our way home from Wild Adventures. It was a last minute decision before we hit the road back to Florida. We got there not too much before the lobby was closing. The lady that took our order was very patient, polite, and very willing to both explain our options while also repeatedly ensuring our order was correct.

The team was very busy during this period, and were working very quickly behind the counter. They all had a very friendly attitude and demeanor, and were making conversation with me as they worked on both mine and the drive through a orders. They had to wait for some food to cook (fries I believe) but let me know what was going on and how long they expected it to take. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were willing to go above and beyond to find solutions to ay questions or requests I made.

I have to admit it was an extremely pleasant surprise, and I can honestly say I have not experienced this level of service and atmosphere in a long time. Kudos to the entire team and this will definitely be at the top of the list to stop off at whenever we are in the area!
