Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Valdosta

Terrible service. We ordered 3 chicken strip baskets. Simple, right? Alas, no. They were out of gravy for the baskets, but we were tired and hungry enough that we were willing to overlook it. We went to get our drinks, which were so weak they may as well have been water, then sat to wait. And wait. AND WAIT. After 15 minutes (during which we were the only customers in the place), we asked for our money back. The guy who rang us up proceeded to tell us "just a second" twice, then admitted that he FORGOT we had ordered and they hadn't even started cooking our food!! Needless to say, we got the money back and went across the street to the Waffle House, where we ordered AND got our food within five minutes. ...

I arrived about an hr and a half prior to closing. All the chairs were already on the tables and there was no one at the register. I stood at the register and within a few minutes, a cashier came to the register. Before I could get the order out of my mouth, she stopped me to say they were out of ice cream til tomorrow. Basically what that meant was that the employees had already cleaned up the back and did this earlier than they should have. If the place was still opened another hour and a half, why clean up everything? Employees trying to get out early or on time I suppose. I would suggest changing your hours or your employees to ensure customers are getting what they...

I will drive 100 miles to the next dq before I go to this one again! The lady was just rude and mumbling under her breath some profanity which my husband heard and asked her what was wrong. She looked at him like he was stupid and said oh nothing just in a rush. When we got there there wasn't anybody else in there but some people she knew so apparently we were interrupting her. She went to make our blizzards and handed them to us thru the window and didn't say thanks or have a nice day or anything. Very disrespectful and we were going out of our way to be nice to her, but it will never happen again. Maybe the management will see these posts and...
