Everytime I call to place a phone order to go - I'm kindly placed on hold and ignored. I'm waiting so long for someone to come back on the line - that a waffle house employee hangs up on me. When I attempt to call back - the answering service picks up and I can't get through to them. The last time I even heard an employee state that she had a customer on the line but nobody came to get aid and picked up the phone and take down my order. That isn't professional at all. It's not difficult to tell your next customer In line to hold on just a second bc you need to place the phone order next. Read moreI had an amazing breakfast today at the Waffle House. My family and I were served by Christina, she was super sweet and kept on checking up how the food was. Christina also kept a kind, friendly conversation and just made my whole day. The other workers, Leah and Snookie, were also so funny and kind. All of the three workers were keeping the conversations and just overall friendly. Also the food was really good, they made it really fast too, plus my meal made me full filling. I got the two eggs and hash browns that came with 3 pieces of bacon and toast. It was so delicious, I'm definitely getting it again.
