Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Valdosta

I have been here twice within the last week late at night and both times the person in front of me was able to order food but then I was told they only served beverages.

At around 12:45 am on 9/4 I visited this location and I had waited about 30 minutes in the line. I heard the person in front of me order food with no issue. I pull up to place my order and the lady immediately tells me that they're only serving beverages.

I calmly say, "I've been in line for 30 minutes and you just allowed the person in front of me to place an order. Why do you only have beverages?"

The lady did not answer me and the speaker went silent. I waited a couple of minutes in silence for her to come back and she never came back on the speaker even when I asked if she was still there.

That's very unprofessional behavior. If you're unable to make food for a specific reason and a customer asks tell them. However, it is unacceptable to turn off the speaker and let them drive off frustrated. Because of this experience I'm not going to be visiting this location very...

I purcahsed a Frozen Lemonade and a waffle cone in a cup to avoid making a mess in my car. When I paid for the products I showed my military ID, to have them activate my military discount. When I reviewed my receipt I see that the discount was not applied, but I wasn't going to make a big deal about that, but I notice that I have been charged.25 cents for lemonade and .50 cent for cherries. I was totally perplexed because I bought a Frozen Lemonade, so why charge me for lemonade. And I didn't receive any cherries, but I didn't order any either. Eventually, a lady told me that the .50 cents was the charge for the cup the cone was put in and that was the only way to charge me. And the most amazing thing is that the .25 cent is the charge because I got a frozen lemonade with lemons flavor in it. So I asked what flavor supposed to be in lemonade, if not the lemon flavor. Frustrated I pulled off because I couldn't handle this conversation getting anymore weird...

Awful. They overflowed my sons Sunday and squished a lid over it that way when you opened it, it poured out the side. I had to waste half of it over a sink and transfer it into a solo cup. It was also half melted because it took them 18 minutes to bring 2 milkshakes and a Sunday to the car. They also got my milkshake orders wrong. They blended the two milkshakes we ordered together so they were both only half right. I ordered cheesecake and cookie dough and my fiance ordered peanut butter and oreo. I got peanut butter and cookie dough and he got cheesecake and oreo. The peanut butter was AWFUL. It was a glob of peanut butter at the bottom of the cup mixed with cookie dough so I couldn't even eat it. Total waste of money and we won't...
