If I could give -100 stars I would ! first off the store is completely filthy! Daniel the general manager is one of the rudest,crudest, most disrespectful, & unprofessional managers I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life. Which explains why his managers/staff under him feel entitled to talk and treat customers any kind of way. Doesn’t matter if you’re respectful their attitudes just scream how much they hate it there. You know times have changed when the customer is more professional than the employees. It started off simple I Had an issue with my order The other day and the manager was just horrible to deal with from beginning prior to the issue and after ..so seeing no possibility of resolution there I spoke with corporate because I could not get in touch with the GM at the time. I waited for a response. He (Daniel) called me & seemed apologetic & appeared to be sincere to which he promised me that he would personally call me to let me know when a refund was put in within a few hours. So I waited 4-5 call back he said it still was not put in that he would do it by the end of the night and he would call me to let me know that it was done. He reassured me that when I would know the refund was initiated. So I took his word and waited. No surprise I did not hear back from GMat all that night Nor the next day. I waited over 29 hours could not get in touch with him so I reached out to corporate again simply saying that he did not communicate the way he SAID HE WOULD and I don’t know if the Refund was put in AND JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF IT WAS INITIATED AND THAT WAS IT . He then proceeds to to call me later that afternoon …not to apologize for the delay in communication or reassuring me that he put in the refund he called me, to chastise me while raising his voice to me being completely rude, disrespectful and talking to me like I’m a child or an employee for contacting corporate, then hung up on me while I was trying to explain to him that I reached out to corporate to see if the refund was initiated since he did communicate to me so how am I to know ?! Worst of all he was on speaker that my special needs little girl could hear him talking like that to me!! so I of course call corporate to complain. Talking to customers In such a rude disrespectful way is completely unacceptable that it’s unprofessional and uncalled for. , and after speaking to the area manager through email, who didn’t seem surprised or concerned .. just a standard apology and she’ll talk to him as if that’s gonna do anything so from what I can tell customer service is not the same. Pizza Hut clearly does not value their customers like they used to ..& they will never get my business again and that store will never get it my business ever .. Hopefully the new store they’re building will be better if I go there to be honest at this point, I think I’m better dealing with Marco’s pizza. The pizza taste much better. Read moreI ordered my pizza at 5 o’clock and it said it was going to be for delivery for 5:27. I just recently moved, so I made sure to change my address before I ordered. So 5:37 hits and I call the store and ask them where is my pizza. They say that the running slow and to call back in 15 minutes If I still haven’t received it. It is now 6 o’clock when I call back and they send me to another associate who sends me to another associate and then put me on hold with the managers number. 10 minutes later I hang up because no one answered the phone. Then I called again and finally I get a manager who transfers me to another manager named Daniel. Daniel then tells me that they delivered this pizza to my old address over an hour ago. So I walked to my old address and they laid the pizza outside the door surrounded by bugs. Now I called back and asked them if they can remake the pizza and I’ll bring all of it back. They refuse and say I have to pay for them to remake pizza because they delivered it to the right address on the app. My guess is that it takes time for the app to update the address (how was I supposed to know?) so you mean to tell me I need to eat this pizza that I paid over $50 for , that’s been sitting outside with bugs on it. And Daniel was so adamant about it. He said he will NOT make my pizza. they do not care how your pizza is made or how it looks you’re gonna get what you get and they will not do anything about it. Read moreI normally only carryout, however, the one time I did get it delivered it took about 1.5 hours to get my boneless wings and pasta. But other than that it's great.
(Update 7-15-17 dipped from 5 to 3 star) I believe the establishment is under new management as the customer service has taken a major dip. Today when i arrived to pick up my food there were 4 employees, two being of some level of managerial duty. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge my presence. Yes all 4 knew i was there no one said welcome to PH we will be right with you..NOTHING! The manager who was standing in the door next to me proceeded to walk to back office where she had a little chit chat with what i assume was the shift leader when they were done they finally came up and said Sorry about your wait....i did not create a scene and didn't say anything about the situation.
