Fat Boy's Saloon & Grill — Restaurant in Valle Township

Walked in after a day of hanging out at the river and immediately was caught off guard with how dark I was and the kitchen staff yelling at each other, laughed it off and found a table to sit at easily, there was only one other family dining in for dinner and a few people at the bar, I used the restroom and then sat back down the server had been by and brought water and menus and took our order of appetizer of potato skins, the server didn't know if they had drink menus and said I'd have to ask the bartender, we didn't see her again for another 20 minutes waiting to order a drink and listening to the little bell go off,while the bartender sat and smoked cigarettes and looked at her phone, no music dead awkward silent, finally the server came back out with our appetizer and it was super over greasy from the deep fryer... interesting take but way over done the kitchen was all into other drama and not even talking about food orders, music started playing and the bartender turned on a Huge custom buil framed fan and it started to get cold, waited another 20 minutes for our burgers and got unsalted bland frozen squished burgers...we were hungry so we ate most and asked for a box but I wouldn't go there ever again...and someone teach the server to do her job properly and find some passion for your business or you will not be seeing out of towners...

I have been here with my family a number of times and number of times each time with horrible service I decided to try it out one last time and I can say it was the best experience I believe the bartenders name was Jessica she was completely on top of everything and very professional. The only time I will ever be back in is when this young lady works.. I wouldn’t recommend to come in when the lady with glasses and lip piercing is working nor when the tall blonde lady is working the lady with curly hair is tolerable but is rude. The food was good but lacked in some areas what a shame management should really talk to some of there employees about professionalism they most...

Great bar. Both bartenders I have encountered have been wonderful. Sarah is sweet and offers quick service. Tessla is a fireball. She has a funny comeback for everything, adapts her personality to different customers well and seems to remember everyone's drinks. They are the only two I have had but I'm sure if the others are anything like these two I can see why people return. Food is mediocre. Typical bar food. Only thing I wish is that they would offer trashed wings. Live music is offered often and service dogs are allowed. Would recommend stopping by if you haven't. $2 Tuesday with Sarah and Thirsty Thursday with Tessla...
