I visited Domino’s today and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I placed an order for one vegetarian pizza and one non-vegetarian pizza, and I made it very clear to the representative that the vegetarian pizza must not contain any meat. Despite this, he ended up putting chicken on my vegetarian pizza.
When I noticed the mistake, I went back to get it corrected. Shockingly, instead of fixing it properly, he made another mistake, showing no understanding of what I had asked for. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, they failed to get the order right. This wasn’t just a one-time slip-up—it was a series of careless and frustrating errors that tested my patience beyond belief.
What’s worse is the complete lack of professionalism and attentiveness. If this is the standard of staff being hired, I genuinely question the hiring and training process at this location. It was clear that they were not only poorly trained but also lacked basic customer service skills.
To top it all off, the manager on duty, Sukhwinder, displayed an unacceptable attitude. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by even acknowledging the issue. Her condescending behavior and lack of accountability were shocking. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, she was dismissive and rude, as if customers don’t deserve to be treated with respect. people like this should not be representing your brand. If this is how your employees handle customer concerns—with carelessness, arrogance, and zero professionalism—then I have every right to report this incident to corporate. also I called the number they gave me to ask why my orders were canceled and the phone just rang and rang and rang on hold so they're not answering the phone either even though they're supposed to be working.
I just think this is the most unprofessional experience that I've had with any store in the last 6+ months, at least.
edit : that was just one night and although it had me beyond frustrated.. I understand that the store could have just been short staffed. I am officially over it Lol. and I will definitely be back to this dominos.
