Of the 3 owners I've witnessed take over this small Micky D's restaurant, this new owner's customer service really stinks the WORST!
POOR EMPLOYEES! I feel bad FOR THEM. Their morale is sinking...
The A/C has been amped up uncomfortably chilled, increased volume of radio, too loud, makes everyone go louder.
The landscaping with all the redwood chips all about is dreadfully messy. The trees were purposefully cut back, possibly in thinking it keeps the bums away? Now there is so little shade, the parking lot looks SLOPPY, unkempt!

Executives/Former owners put a LOT of effort into sprucing this place up but missed remedying the many machine noises, drafts, & severe bright lights pointed right at customers from Chevron's side to Micky D's customers when Micky D's exposed all when they took out mutual walls between Micky D's share with Chevron.
All that junk visually, & hearing all those machine noises is unpleasant. Ick! Ick! Ick!
There is a war going on with these 2 businesses in a small area. Shameful. Both management sorts from BOTH companies should get together for a serious pow-wow!
Service is ok, food ok, prices too high.
BUMS ARE ALLOWED TO HANG HERE. I'm not talking about the unhoused. Some spooky sorts; a regular smelly bum hangs in the dining room she's full of herself. She should have been exited long ago, along with some really insane sorts, unchallenged. Hence, a lot of the nicer sorts don't come here anymore.

I get that itโs late (no one else was in the line btw) but she refused to honor our coupon and kept cutting us off, rolling her eyes, and huffing and puffing when we tried to push it. She didnโt listen to our reasoning and kept interrupting us with her own; shrugging like it wasnโt an issue she could help us with. She even raised her voice at us, and said โbyeeeeโ as we left. We were so upset by her attitude that we ended up going to another McDonaldโs and there was no issue with the coupon there either. They took my order but when I came up to the first window and paid I realized I had forgotten to order coffee. I asked her if it was too late to order it. She said no and I paid and went to the next window for my food.
One person gave me my food and another asked me to pull up and they would bring my coffee to me. I waited and waited and saw at least 5 plus cars get their order and leave.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE COFFEE!!! THEY COULD HAVE BREWED A WHOLE NEW POT OF COFFEE IN ALL THUS TIME!
So I'm thinking they had forgotten about me. My foods already cold and I'm getting upset. I backed up so I was in line with the window so I could get their attention and give them a quick remind. She did not acknowledge my presence. A few more cars go by and I'm thinking well the only way to get their attention would be to drive through again. When I got back to the window they gave me a quick sorry and handed it to me. It tasted really bad. I thought they were known for good coffee.
