Q's Halal "Mediterranean Comfort" — Restaurant in Vallejo

Today the young new waitress gave me the worst experience I'd ever received here. Today she acted as all of my requests were out of the ordinary when asking for additional condenements for my Lamb bowl take out. It must have angered her so much she said something to the cooks because-

I got no tomatoes no Seasoning and no feta cheese at ALL IN MY ENTIRE BOWL. plus I mustve had 7 pieces of small lamb. I usually eat and get full and have some for Later. Today's bowls 80% rice 2 percent meat... The rest is for the birds because I will not be returning here. I will spend my money atbthe Greek Hala spot by the plaza from here on out. I can't believe I paid 17 for a shorted not fully prepared bowl, then was charged an Xtra $1 for Xtra cheese on the side ....where they hadn't even added any to begin with in my Meal. #WorseServiceEver by the front end staff and back end. Hire some peoe who have customer service experience should help this establishment. It's not good for business to employ people who do not have the basics without being school on the basics. Please don't loose your appetite being shorted and talked to like you don't matter and the staff with body language that has you in fear to ask for any...

If I could give them -10 stars I would. My bad!! The lack of even passable food in this town makes a food lover like me take desperate measures: stopping at this black-curtained mystery caravan with mystery meats and a darkened bus. When thinking good food well-lit, clean and fresh kitchen and product should come to mind. I ordered one falafel pita sandwich to go: 30 mins later the rather rude owners “son” crept out of the caravan apparently after his afternoon nap, walking past us…we continued waiting being told 5 more minutes please. Finally I was given a falafel “plate” three patties heavily fried-part raw on inside, acrid, bitter seasoning, strong aftertaste, nothing thought I ordered: No pita pocket or fresh cucumbers jo chopped tomatoes or fresh lemon or mint zest sauce nor tahini or lettuce, nothing I remember from all the amazing falafels I’ve eaten throughout the Bay. It was the most hideous looking, tasting atrocious presentation, produced in a blackened kitchen behind drawn black drapes, by questionable people running the Wizard of OZ throwback caravan Saudi Arabian Style who frankly give me the Creeps. I never want to know what lurked behind those jet...

They rude with drivers even don’t alow restroom for doordash or uber eats driver, very rudely told me its only for customers , i was feel like a fool there on that time.

this restaurant want to earn extra money to do partnerships with doordash or ubereats , but do not want to let the drivers use the restroom, because its only for customers or employees , its like that my restaurant my rules, this types of thinking

Today when I went to take the order, that guy came to argue. And started arguing on the last review. I told him that I have been hired by the customer so as a customer employee I can use the restroom. The restaurant employee says that the restaurant hires you. And you cannot use the restroom you are not allowed ,

I gave 6000 deliveries in my life , as a doordasher or uber eats driver its the first restaurant who not want we use the restroom , And today I was not given delivery because I gave a bad review

It seems like they are doing this to insult the drivers and We don't even consider it worthy to...
