TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Vallejo

I’ve been a regular customer for years and I’ve never had bad service from them. There’s a girl that always ignores me when I come in. I have to say something everytime. She has the worst service, so I stopped letting her take my order and asked for other workers to help me out. I’m giving two stars only because I had good service from a couple people. I’m always kind to them and I always tip when I come in, but for some reason the younger girls do not acknowledge the customers. I finally had to walk out because of the disrespect from this one worker and missed out on my dinner. It sucks that this is the only togos in Vallejo, I would definitely take my business...

We come here pretty frequently every few months and the last couple times it was OK but tonight it was the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen or produce had literal molded pieces on it. Apparently their post hours both online and on the store front doesn't matter to them. They close whenever they feel like not serving customers anymore.

This is my favorite sandwich franchise in the whole country and I really hope the rest of the stores do not operate under these conditions. I will never darken the door to this location again, and I truly hope the employees working this evening, 4/29/23, receive the reprimanding...
