I love your restaurant, but I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit (2/23/2025). My stomach was hurting after eating your food SPECIFICALLY that day, which made me feel uneasy compared to other years I attended with my family church. I really appreciate the wonderful service and the energetic atmosphere, but I did have a few issues with the food.

For starters, the mac and cheese didn’t taste like it had any cheese in it—it's more like mac and milk! A recipe change might be necessary. Additionally, the cookies were too stiff and crumbly, and the pecan pie seemed like it hadn’t been replaced in a while. I believe this might have affected the quality of the food, as a prediction (and benefit of the doubt) earlier in the day, when the food is typically at its best.

Moreover, the Jell-O had stiffened up, indicating it had been sitting out for too long. Jell-O takes time to form an outer crust, which suggests the neighboring foods might not have been fresh.

To summarize, my main suggestion is to ensure the food is fresher and easier to digest. The customer service, however, is outstanding! Oh! And maybe consider hiring and advertising flyers some local high schools and their students; I hear they’re always on the hunt for cash. You’d have a squad of enthusiastic workers who are more motivated than a dog in a park full of squirrels. Thanks, though! Keep shining!

Came in with the intentions of having dinner with my family with the understanding they close in an hour. (9pm) When we got to the counter to order the young lady rudely said you may want to check the buffet as we stop stocking it at 730. 730! An hour and a half before they close. Wow! After surveying the bar I decided it wasn’t worth it, but because they failed to share that information with my extended family, they had already paid and were eating. My wife and kids ordered. I refused to pay full price for a half stocked bar. It would be different, but most, if not all this is canned and probably put in the fridge and brought out the next day….now the lady that served us was very sweet and took good care of us. But since the lady at the register only asked if we wanted cash back for a tip without saying that was the only tip option, as my wife said no and planned to just add it to the receipt when she signed; we were not given that option. Very nice and clean inside. First thing was using the restroom and it is clean a well-maintained. Is definitely a Southern Restaurant put the foods that are on display for the buffet. Some of my favorites such as chili beans, squash, macaroni and cheese, fried zucchini and fried chicken. They had a small taco bar out today and it was quite good. Taco meat with seasoned properly and they had all the right fixin's. The top prize winner though goes to the iced tea ! I love iced tea and it will vary from restaurant to restaurant even if they're using the same brand same vendor. I don't know who brewed it for this restaurant but they are on point ! You just took over the number one spot for the best iced tea I've had and I am a truck driver that runs all over the United States. Kudos! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.
