The snowcones are amazing but their customer service and people skills are severely lacking. We often drive from Barling over there. My husband and I like to get snowcones for our 3 kids and us. Well snowcones are messy. So I simply asked if they could make the kids 3 small ones and then let me buy 3 32 oz foam cups so I could drop their snowcones down in the bigger cups so they didn't get it all over the vehicle. She said no we don't do that. So thinking she misunderstood and I have never known a business to not sell empty fountain cups if someone wanted one. So she started arguing with me and said the only way they will sell them is for the price of a snowcone in that sized cup. So I told her the man did it for me the first time we were in there. My husband's snowcone was 10$. I was wanting to pay for the extra cup no problem. However, there's no way I would spend 10$ for each empty foam cup. I told her no problem we just wouldn't buy me or the kids one and that we just wanted my husbands because he was sick. So she sent her daughter to get her husband to continue the argument about the cup. He had sold us 3 extra cups for 1$ a piece the last time we were in there and he had an attitude then. He walked in the building with an attitude and said we don't do that. We don't sell the cups. Basically saying I was lying and that he didn't do it. He did do it. Most business's just want to make a profit. These ppl either make so much money that they are fine with loosing money/customers to keep a foam cup or they are so greedy they feel the only way it is worth it to them to sell an empty foam cup is if they rip ppl off first. I will never buy another...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGreat options. Everything from snow cones, to shakes, to candy, to ice cream. They had all kinds of flavors from pickle, to coffee, classics like silver fox. (Over sixty flavors. š²) Prices started at $3.25 and up (2023), but the serving sizes were enormous. They give double what you would receive somewhere else, and they donāt skimp on the syrup either. Mine was overflowing and dripping out of the cup once it started melting.
It was nice that the place was inside. They had a couple of tables and a few stools to get away from the summer heat or the winter cold. They had a quaint little candy and soda shop.
The custom add-ins were great. You can add candy on top, of course, but I got my snow cone āstuffedā which had a scoop of ice cream in it. That was really good.
Definitely will come again. Worth the sweet treat. Iād take my girl here...
