Sabroso China — Restaurant in Vega Baja

First time eating there and to begin with the Asian girl at the counter was horribly rude. To start she was hard to understand and has an attitude like she hates people. I asked a question and just ignored it. Didn’t care about what we were ordering, it was one way and that’s it. The food was good except for the raw beef in the beef and broccoli. I brought it to her attention and she just rudely replied that that’s the way it is. Didn’t bother fixing the situation. Just observing the way she was with everyone was upsetting. She makes the restaurant look bad. I will never go back nor recommend it. Now the other girl who was there cleaning was super friendly and nice. This is disappointing, they added WAY to much rice, very little chicken.. the chicken even looked weird like rubbery squishy raw chicken. Definitely doesn't look good and fried chicken was literally recooked since it had some wrinkles. The chicken had no color to it. Added 3 brocolis when I was expecting to have chicken and broccoli alone. There wasn't any duck sauce.. ever Chinese place has that but this place surprised me. Do not recommend...
