UPDATE TO RESPOND TO OWNER: I will suggest maybe coming to the door and letting us know, or buzzing us in and then letting us know what the issue is, oppose to have us lingering outside like a hungry pack of animals. I felt so bad for my little nieces daughter who rang the bell numerous of times to the pint of me having to pull her away and I had to kick my orgullosa in high gear. The place was NOT closing, it was around 12 and the hours say you close at 2. Overall, don't have poeple waiting outside or maybe have someone who can attend to a door and another person who can attend to the customers at the counter. But I assure you, your business was open and not closing. And if ignoring customers through a transition is acceptanle and valid, maybe lsiting that time or put a sign on the door on when the transition is complete. We found a cute breakfast spot by the beach and our meal turned out great anyways. I hope my review is not taken lightly as I would hate for anyone else, especially with children to go through what we went through. It was embarrassing. Thank you for reading this.

Weird and uncomfortable experience. Walked up to the door and tried opening it but it was locked. Then we rang the doorbell and nobody buzzed us in. People were sitting inside and it was not full. Staff was at the counter. The hours say they close at 2. I was with a hungry kid and my adult niece. I will NEVER come back here again and I will not recommend anyone to come...

The atmosphere is nice. I felt like i was in a cafe near college campus. I love the green and the jazz music. Soothing. The variety is nice. I like the options you are given to create your waffle your way. One star was deducted because I felt my liege waffle was stale a bit. Other than that the food was good and tasty. My hubby got the deluxe breakfast that comes with 3 eggs and i had the super breakfast. It is a lot of food. I did eat nothing prior to coming and I couldn't finish. The latte comes with the combo. You can get something else for up charge. You get just 3 toppings for your waffle. Any more is additional. We were two people and both were around $35. Not bad if you bring a 3rd person you could easily...

Best breakfast/Brunch ever...

We went here with a group of 6 people, and instantly the service was so great.

The food that we ordered did not take long and tasted so good, it was also very filling as for the money we got a lot of food that was amazing quality.

We also ordered coffee to start with and the "white hot Chocolate" was amazing, highly recommended. The iced coffee and natural juices were delicious. But WOW the breakfast combos and waffle burgers were amazing.

The service was amazing with our waiter checking in on our group frequently and making sure our orders were correct and satisfactory. She was also very nice and welcoming making the place's atmosphere more homey.

Overall 11/10 will definitely...
