This is a true Lake County dive bar and that's not a bad thing. Half of it was built in 1936 and half in 1954.
We visited Wolff's on a Friday nite. That particular Friday was a good and fun nite to visit. The patrons were really friendly and freely shared the "historical" details of the tavern. We chatted for about 45 minutes.
We visited Saturday (last nite). It's still a fun place but there was a group of extremely intoxicated and LOUD women at one corner of Wolff's bar. I suppose that's a risk one takes in a dive bar on a Saturday nite.
Wolff's had a meat raffle in the afternoon and folks brought a lot of food to satisfy during the raffle. There was a lot left when we arrived around 8 PM.

The drinks there are great and quick and easy, and it feels almost like home as soon as you step into it, there's a few slot machines and a jukebox. There is a lake right behind the tavern that is exclusively for the people at the bar, dogs are even allowed to hang out in and around the bar.
