Tldr terrible service. Made order wrong, didn't want to fix, called me a Liar. Told to order elsewhere. Go to Hong kong or best panda instead.
Red sun Chinese restaurant has been a staple for our family since I was small more than a decade. Frequently lately they have gotten orders incorrect, and had food cold. No matter, I'll be happy if they remake it. They would... But never seemed happy about it. Understandable, i guess.
This most recent, when i picked up the order, the egg rolls (the only reason we choose this place) were cold, despite me picking up my order early. Ok, I'll have them remade, also, my mother's dish had vegetables, which i had thrice requested off. After I request the corrections, they called me a Liar about the vegetables on my mother's dish. They told me to pick up my order earlier because of the egg rolls (i was there at the exact time they told me) Initially they refused to correct their mistake, or to refund me. After I asked again, they made the order again, and told me to go to other establishments, and told me i was trouble.

Read moreThe food is better than what is near my residence, could be better. My main issue with them is their service. There have been multiple times that my food was to be ready at a specific time, yet when I arrive I find myself waiting another twenty minutes.
The straw that broke the camel's back was today. Their website is not well done and when I ordered and paid for my food, as I always do online, I arrived at the restaurant only to find that my food was not ready and my order was never received, though I had paid for it. I was notified that my food would be ready by 6:15 via the website.... nope. No such thing... they did not even have my order.
I was then told that they have a new website and I should be using that. Well why do they still have the old website up and why did it let me place an order and take my money but not prepare my food?
At the very least, as a business owner, I would have offered a free meal for the mistake. Nope. They offered to take my order and have me drive another 30 minutes to come and get it. No thank you.
I'm done. You have lost a customer and I will do everything in my means to steer others clear from this...
Read moreThis place is HORRIBLE! Not just the food, even the service. They forgot one of our items and when we called to let them know they INSISTED that it was in the bag. It was not. They finally said they would make it and we could pick it up. A few minutes later someone called back, once again, INSISTING that the item was in the bag. How insulting to insinuate that your customer is lying. Instead of picking up the missing item, we asked for a refund. Apparently they don’t offer refunds for anything and all sales are final. That alone should tell you something. Now the food - the food is AWFUL. We got eggrolls and crab rangoons… terrible. All of our entrees were gross too. Most of us ended up not eating what we ordered and it went in the garbage. We typically order from Chopstix (which is always spectacular) down the road but they were closed. NEVER AGAIN.
