New Panda — Restaurant in Ventura

they have very tasty water and the water is also very good. The water is very cold and yummy. The food is also good but the water is super scumptious because it tastes very quality and good. The customer service is also good because they give good water. since the water is so tasty I think that this place deserve 5 yellow star because they make their own water i think with their own chemical compound because the water is unnaturally fantastic. sometimes i walk 22 kilometer to get their water since it is so good. I go here a lot now and i am going to move into a house near here purely for their water because my leg starting to hurt and it takes a long time to go to the place and my tummy gets hungery. their food is good too but it kinda expensive so i just get the water and sometime they give me it for free. i think they have the best water in the whole universe so if you are thirsty in the desert then you can leave the desert and go to new panda to get their water because it is very refresing. i am glad to be the 150th review because it will enlighten people about their refresing water and if i can help someone discover good water then i am proud. i think i will start the refresing what new panda compain so i can help people around the world try new panda water. but only the telephone road ventura ca 93004 water because i havent tried the other new panda restaurant water but this water is good and so refresing so pleas...

The chicken was somehow both mushy and chewy at the same time, difficult to eat and even worse to digest. The experience was like eating shards of hardened shoe leather suspended in jelly. The fried rice was okay.

The man behind the counter seemed in a big hurry to get us out the door despite being the only people in the restaurant at dinner time on a Thursday. He charged me a whopping $2 for using my card, which is the most I've ever seen in any establishment. He swiped my card before I could change my mind and give him cash.

Tons of food sitting out in the trays but I never see any customers here, so I kind of doubt he cycles it out regularly. In hindsight, the lack of customers should have been a red flag. I just figured it was because of covid times.

$16 for one two entree plate and a drink, and I barely touched my food.I thought maybe putting it in the fridge for a few hours would enhance the consistency of it, but no. It's inedible. Sad.

Oh yeah, and the guy wasn't wearing a mask either. Not what you want to see when someone's handling your food. I can't recall if he was wearing gloves or not, I was too blindsided and galled by the $2 credit...

Rude and disrespectful behavior from owner or worker. I came in here cool trying to simply buy food, Food looked below average . I believe it was the owner being rude and raising his voice cause I asked what’s the price for chow mein and fried rice only , but not a full plate because I wasn’t going to finish it all myself . He said it’s on the board but nothing mention for that. After telling him that I don’t see it 3 times he snapped being rude and raising his voice. He then said 7.99$, that wasn’t on the board but anyway , couldn’t he just said that in the first place. Also I was the only customer there , it wasn’t busy .

This will be the last time I come to this place . Food did not look appealing only the chow mein looked alright .

This guy has something going on , seems like I’m not the first review to mention him being rude and aggressive...
