Dunkin' — Restaurant in Vermilion Township

Showed up with my wife and daughter at 10:30pm for some donuts. There were three workers we could see. One just went on her smoke break in front of the store with her car door open. Another young lady held the door open for us but did not exchange pleasantries and walked away once we entered. The third women working on something in the kitchen area walked over to the register where we were, but just grabbed something off the counter without returning my "hello". We stood around for a couple of minutes then went back to our car next to the smoker. We tried the drive thru but no one answered the menu box. We decided the Friendship Kitchen gas station next door would appreciate our business and money. As we drove over the worker who held the door watched us drive away and started her smoke break when we walked in to the establishment next door. After pulling up to the drive through and being told (after five minutes) "we'll be right with you", one would expect to hear back fairly soon after. We waited another 10 minutes and there was zero response. This could be somewhat excused if the shop was slammed, or the staff were on the loo, but it wasn't and they weren't. Regular customer, girl handed husband coffee weird and spilled a large hot all over his hands and side of car, no apology, just giggled got a new lid and handed him some napkins and the half full coffee. Then nobody returned to the window for 5 minutes. Suddenly new person shows up, refunded like $2 of our order, giggles, asks if we need more napkins and slams window shut! My car console and drivers side door are covered in hot coffee. My husband is covered in hot coffee and apparently they thought this was funny and not even a sorry. Please get adult...
