Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Vernon

I’m really not trying to be rude here because the people that work at this location are actually super friendly. However, tonight I ordered sandwiches for me and my 10 year old niece. I got a turkey and provolone for myself and a steak and cheese for my niece. I specifically requested no peppers and no jalepenos on the grinder because obviously she’s 10 and won’t eat anything spicy lol. Unfortunately the sandwich was loaded with them, as well as the jalepeno juice so even after removing them, she wouldn’t eat the sandwich. I ended having to give her some of mine instead. A little disappointed I had to throw out a whole sandwich because no one in my family likes spice!

2nd Occurrence: I mobile ordered two grinders two hours in advance last week and both of them were missing cheese and both of them were ice cold, almost as if they made them right when the order came in and they had been sitting there for two hours. Great way to get sick! Both went in the trash!! Anyhow, I called and spoke with the manager to make a complaint and they offered me two new grinders on the house to make amends.

3rd Occurrence: One week later I go in the store and “redeem” my two free grinders. They were out of the portobello mushrooms that I always get, they put the wrong type of cheese on BOTH grinders (I asked for provolone and I could CLEARLY tell it was American), and lastly, the grinders were literally SWIMMING IN MAYO!! Once again went in the trash. I will attach pictures below. From now on, I’ll stick with the Manchester location. These 16 year olds really need to learn how to make a sandwich based off a ticket and not just throw a bunch of ingredients together however they want to. Shoutout to the Vernon team! Love you guys! I come here every week, and its my favourite Jersey Mike location out of any in the county or surrounding areas.

It's always clean inside and everyone always has a smile on their face. I always have a good time chatting to familiar faces and enjoying my food here.

The workers speak very highly of their boss (shoutout to Cody!) and all are very happy working here unlike many franchise workers. Its nice to know the employees are treated well and feel safe and happy at their jobs!

The place was a mess. From the counters to the tables. The employees were struggling real hard to keep focused. I had 4 different people trying to cash me out. There was an employee who clearly wasn't on shift taking people away from their tasks and talking over them and customers. You can barely hear the ones who were trying to help speak because the regular noise with the loud music and vents and fans kept colliding with the employees screaming at eachother.
