Never had a problem until now. I have always ordered the same pasta online. Premaveria no onions add sausage. Unfortunatly online orders do not allow you to add toppings to pastas unless it is a build your own. And also the build your own does not allow you to add all the toppings that are in the premavira. I used to work at dominos, I know the ins and outs. I know when you get something like someone calling in to fix their online order, you do it and make sure the makeline knows. So I called told them to add suasage to my pasta. Like I always do. I Get the order delivered. No sausage. I call and the first thing I get from "the manager" saying "its not our fault. I made the pasta and was never told to add suasage." I told her that's not an excuse, I called and that's on you guys to make sure it's done right. That's on your CCR. She told me to put that as a note on the directions. Now I know good and well that no one reads that and food listed in the DRIVING instructions is ever seen until it's too late. Now tell me miss manager, what do you do when you get a call to add suasage to an online order? I haven't had a problem with this location until you started there. I asked to speak to the regional manager. You refused to help me until I yelled at you. That is unacceptable. I will have you know that I am a diabetic that DOES have to eat within the 15 minutes of taking medicine. Your mistake made me have to eat what I had whether I wanted to or not. I'm waiting on my second pasta. I have half a mind to just throw it out, and waste your effort to correct your wrong. The wrong that you said was my fault. Read moreWith only 30 mins left, prior to closing, I called this store to ask if it was okay to still place an online order for delivery. The gentleman that answered the phone had such a pleasant demeanor. He told me it would be okay to place my order, asked me if I was a Domino's Reward member, asked me what I was going to order online so he could begin making my order and then told me to go ahead and order my order online so that I'd be sure to earn my reward points..TALK ABOUT A WOW EXPERIENCE! I just hope the food I receive is as great as this man's customer service!! Talk about going above and beyond. Didn't obtain his name but he answered the phone at 0027hrs and today is Saturday, April 20, 2019. Read moreI've ordered for quite a while from this Domino's. It's good. You can trust them. When I say I've ordered for quite a while, I guess it's over the last 7 or 8 years, 12-20 times a year. That's a lot of pizzas. At least once a month and sometimes more...but of course, mostly football season and when my nephews and nieces are in town, tailgating situations, etc...Anyways...the point is, it's not a bad franchise. They're great! They care. I have had a problem every now and then(like everyone has everywhere). Each time, they have been super nice, cool, chill and fix anything that's wrong and by the way, we all know that's not typical in this day and age. This Domino's is on top of their game. Nice people, good product, fresh, nice delivery guys...if you're wanting trustworthy folks and product with a good all-American taste, this place is for you. I'm happy to give 5 stars....
