I am disgusted. I expect places that are serving food to customers should follow the CDC guidelines for Covid prevention. Unfortunately, only two out of five people working there were wearing masks. I hope I’m not the first to inform you that everyone is supposed to wear masks right now whether they are vaccinated or not. I expect people in the restaurant industry to stay up-to-date on the current guidelines. I called ahead and ordered on the phone so that the food would be ready when I got there. They did not start making the sandwiches until I told them the name on my order when I arrived for pick up, they did not acknowledge this oversight in customer service to me. I will not return to...

Food's good, so that earns its only star. Not very consistent with checking orders before they are sent out for delivery. This is now the second time they have messed up my order. The first time they forgot my chips, drink, and cookie and today they forgot to put on the avocado (that comes on the sandwich!), did not cut it in half, and forgot my drink. Plus it took over an hour for delivery so not so "freaky fast". Not worth my time to call and get another delivery sent over for a lemonade, but I hope they see this and try to be more careful before...

These sandwiches are definitely fast and they are okay. They will serve the purpose of providing you with a meal. However, if you are like me and like a hot sandwich on hearty bread, don't head to Jimmy John's. They keep their process fast by keeping their sandwiches cold and their bread options limited to only one. This means no wheat bread or other variety is available.
