Cashier was extremely rude Ice cream was ridiculously over priced $5 for a single scoop And then when I was eating it I found a hair. I normally love Bops frequent the one in Starkville often and was down here visiting friends so I was very excited to go to Bops for some custard. Was extremely surprised at the prices they were way more then Starkville. Then my custard was melted when I got it, I honestly started to just hand it back because that’s not ok. Stopped at what we thought was BOPS , ordered 2 medium turtles no cherry and tipped while waiting. Got the turtles and immediately noticed the cups were hot. Assumed it was due to the hot fudge. Dug past the topping and the entire ice cream cup was semi frozen and partial liquid. We salvaged what was able to be enjoyed. This place was amazing. Kiara, who waited on us was friendly and helpful. I had a scoop of the chocolate jalapeno ice cream and it was phenomenal. I sampled everyone else in my family's selections and all were superb. These included the Salted Caramel, the Cookie Dough and the Pecan Brownie Sundae. All of these were made in-house.
