Simona's Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Victoria

The thing I get from them almost every time is there incompetence. Yep, served up hot, fresh, and ready is your choice of any wrong order you'd like. The last 3 orders we've placed have been wrong. The 3rd time I took it back. Got lip service and a bunch of excuses about what about their business is hard. I don't care. Prices jumped through the roof here during covid and have yet to come down. Regardless, we pay that and 20% tip on take-out orders. When the customer pays a premium, they don't want excuses. Sure things happen - but 3 times in a row? Meanwhile, while my order was being fixed 2 other people came in to have their wrong orders fixed. Anyway, I get home and apparently they decided to put my mayo on the side when remaking. So I had to dump the sandwich contents in a bowl to put mayo on the bread. That's the pic. It was in the moment I had my hand in my dinner to scoop back onto the bread that I decided to call them about this foul up. They hung up. Apparently, they don't want to know about their mistakes. They want to hike prices, collect money, and you get what you get. No wonder marina's keeps getting everyone's business I talk to. How they handled this situation and seeing how things are managed there - never again. I don't need to pay extra for a wrong order just to be the one to act like they're doing me a favor. What a mess...

Have gotten takeout here several times and food has always been wonderful! This was our first time dining in though. Our server was friendly and attentive. Cozy and clean atmosphere inside the restaurant which I believe is from the old train that was converted into the building, so there's a small amount of seating. The prices are reasonable and they definitely are better quality than many similar restaurants in the area! This time we had a Chicken Philly which had the perfect amount of meat and cheese ratio and fries which were hot, crisp, and everything seasoned well. Also got the Chicken Parm which has 3 cutlets and could tell it was made to order and not from frozen breaded chicken. Although I didn't get it this time, my favorite dish is the seafood cannelloni which has a tomato cream sauce perfect for dipping those yummy...

I'm a trucker staying in town overnight for delivery in the morning. Went to the Mexican restaurant in town to find a closed sign on their door.

Walked down the hill, wouldn't you know it... This Italian place has Mexican beer and burritos.

The waitresses working were super nice and friendly, decent beer selection, and the food is out of this world.

Had the fajita burrito. Delicious! I didn't expect that from an Italian restaurant!

Nice clean place too!!! Ordered a lasagna to go and haven't tried that yet but the garlic knots are fantastic.

Definitely looking for another load here just to goto this restaurant!!!
