We placed our order of just 1 Jr cheeseburger and 4 milkshakes and we were in line for 40 minutes!! When I got my burger, it was cold and my chocolate milkshakes weren't even mixed correctly. I had to give it back to the lady to mix properly for my kids and then I had to go back to get a new burger. What should have taken me maybe 10 or even 15 minutes through the drive thru ended up making me 30 minutes late to my son's Dr appointment and had to waste extra gas to go back after the appointment to get a new burger. I told the cashier in the front I know it wasnt her fault cause they did have a vehicle with a mest up order but they should have told that vehicle to move around to other side of the building so that way they could have gotten everybody else's order out while they were making up their order. If my Jr cheeseburger came out cold, I can imagine how many other people got their food cold. This was unacceptable and they should have told the car to move around. I even had to call them to speak to a manager while I was in line waiting and I never had to do...
Read moreI have ordered Delivery through the app countless times and it costs so much to have it delivered as it is but to make it worse on top of paying so much to have it delivered the Houston HWY and Delmar location ALWAYS NEVER FAILS leaves out something. I can’t have them redeliver because they use DoorDash and I would have to pay for delivery again to have my missing items delivered. I finally called after like the 10th time of this happening and of course terrible TERRIBLE customer service and had a horrible attitude about handling the situation. The whataburger on Mockingbird and Navarro always comes in clutch with food hot and orders never missing anything! I will just have to keep changing the address to the Mockingbird location even though it’s further from my home address for delivery. Hope someone steps in to fix this, it’s absolutely ridiculous and bad business. One or 2 times i understand but for something to be missing, wrong or cold food or all carbonated drinks every time is just unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous....
Read moreEvery time I've gone to this establishment, I get horrible customer service. Almost every time I've went inside to order food, the customer service the cashier provided was horrible. Even management could use some training classes on providing better customer service. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt and went back a few times, and every time, it's been the same thing. I've spoken to management and also reported this corporate, and I've yet to hear from them. Once I filed the complaint, it stated that I would receive a call or email to follow up on the complaint, and I've yet to hear from them. I guess all the employees get the bad customer service from corporate because it doesn't seem like corporate takes much pride in their job either. You would want to think when it's brought to the corporate office they would handle it the proper way which is to reach out to the customer and follow up on the complaint. I an soo done with this establishment and won't be going back to this...
