Starbucks — Restaurant in Victoria

I live right by the Starbucks and I’ve gone here twice already and every time I do, my drink is watered down. I ordered a cinnamon dolce with extra whipped cream and extra cinnamon and for some reason that doesn’t matter to the baristas? I checked my receipt and they don’t even put it down on the sticker, even though I’ve explained to them why I want a dome shaped top “for extra whip, cream and extra cinnamon”. The last time I went, they didn’t even put cinnamon on top and I had to tell them I ordered extra cinnamon, and extra whipped cream. The girl took it back and brought it back and said is this all right without even an apology. The lines are always extremely long and I understand that it is a new business, but there are two other locations that I don’t have this problem with.
