I love Sonics, and I seldom complain. Everyone makes mistakes and the infraction is usually not worth my time, but today was a terrible inconvenience. I have stopped going to Sonic's because of the numerous times my order has been mistakenly fulfilled. Today my Mom and Dad felt like a footlong so I reluctantly went. I ordered two #7 combos and a chili cheese Coney, all with extra chili. Simple. When I get to the window I pay and the girl hands me my order. It seems to be short a drink, so I mention it and she gives me another drink. I look at the ticket and it shows one #7 combo with extra chili and another Coney. I mention my order is wrong and retell her my order. She says that is what you got. I show her the ticket and explain it does not say this. She says i am reading it wrong, it does show two # 7 combos and a Coney. She assures me it is all in the bag. At this point a line forms so i pull up a bit to check my order and it is wrong. I drive back around and wait about 10 minutes to get back to the window. A man comes out with someone else's order and offers it to me. I said it is not mine, they messed up my order and i need to get it corrected. He says OK and goes inside. I get to the window and 3 different employees see me but never come to the window. They are continually serving other customers behind me. The girl who gave me my order originally, made eye contact at least 8 different times as I waited for about 20 minutes, but never even opened the window to ask what I needed. She would look at me and turn to doing something else. Others would walk by but also ignore me. All the while they are helping other customers. After a total of about 25-30 minutes, of no one even acknowledging my existence I left. It seems like your staff need to learn either to do their job right or at least have customer service skills to deal with their mistakes. I did not want on it. Then there was a time where I received One out of three items in my bag Now this time I went and when I got my shake, I did not look at it until I got on the road and it looks like it has been tampered with or that it was someone else’s that they already messed with Did not have whipped cream and the lid had the shake smeared all over it and was more than halfway melted Had a indent in the cup, where the straw was but was taken out I am very upset with this location’s service. I don’t think I will be going back. Why would I receive a shake like this? This was the second time I've had issues with an online placed order. Previously, after check in, waiting 20 minutes for a blast, I drove around to the drive up window to wait an additional 10 minutes.
They have failed to observe request for light ice enough times I don't leave without checking, 4 times on a drink, I've had to send them back to redo as light ice. 1 time recently, left without checking because of being in a hurry, ended up getting 4 straw sips out of a large drink, and it was empty.
