Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Victoria

I went through the drive through and ordered some spicy chicken tenders and the drive through employee taking my order replied with “how about the regular tenders? They are really fresh.” I said no thank you. Then he said “are you sure??? They are like really fresh” then I said “yes I am sure, I would like the spicy ones” then he said “well there’s a wait for the spicy ones. We have to make them fresh for this order” then I said “ well that’s fine I’ll wait because I want the spicy ones not the regular ones” then he said well okay I guess..... do you want anything else and I sad yeah I would like red beans and rice for my side and white gravy for the dipping sauce then he said “pull up” lol so I pull up give him my card to pay me he gives it back with the receipt without saying a word. Then after I get my food I decide to check it and they didn’t put the gravy in there so I had to park and go inside to get it and when I did he looked at me and said yeah? Then I said I didn’t get the gravy for my order. And he turned and went to another employee who filled the cup for gravy said something to him quietly then brought it to me and when he handed it to me said good luck...... lol what an amazing Popeyes experience!!!!!!! The only reason I wrote this long review is because I’m bored at Walgreens waiting on...

I ordered a five piece chicken with sides. The biscuit was perfect. The french fries, hot and fresh. The mashed potatoes were good and hot but the container was only half full. Now to the chicken , I have never seen or received this small of chicken pieces. The chicken legs are smaller than the chicken wings, and the thighs were barely the size of a chicken wing. The spicy legs were dried out and can be seen from first look. It was really disappointing to see. I’ve been to other chicken establishments and big chain grocery stores and they’re nowhere near this small.

Overall disappointing to see same prices but smaller size prices. I highly recommend you look at what you’re getting...

Hands down the worst Popeyes in the History of all Popeyes. It’s even worse than our other location here in Victoria. Rude workers at window. They never have hot sauce and always forget to give any sauces. Super soggy fries and when you order spicy tenders they sneak plain tenders in the mix. Definitely needs new management and the woman today that’s manager is a very rude Hispanic lady always wearing white button up shirt. Sooooo rude. You can’t treat us this way in Victoria Texas and I can assure you I’m going to get this Popeyes to operate respectfully and sound. How dare you treat customers like this. Always standing around in groups talking half the crew looks to be on...
