I've been to many Del Taco locations across the desert. I have to say this one is my absolutely my favorite. Aside from it's convenience of being so close to the middle of everywhere I go through out my week- I often have friendly service and they always inform me if there is a cheaper option for what I'm ordering. (for instance, the small drink being upgrade to a medium for less money). When I order burrito's in a bowl, they always fill it up. And I have never once gotten anything cold (accept of course a shake or other obviously cold menu items). Always freshly made. My quesadilla's are always melty, my ice tea is always fresh- only on occasion do I get slow service but it's usually because someone is new and just learning the job or everyone decided to drive through to Del Taco for lunch. And any time any Del Taco's have gotten my order wrong by mistake, they have been sure to correct it free of charge with friendly service. Thank you for being the best of the convenience food establishments out there! And thanks to the staff for always being so nice...
Read moreThis Del Taco is inside of a Shell Station. I don't know if that is a good enough reason or not, but the food quality is horrible. I live in Spring Valley Lake, and this is the closest Del Taco to us. Normally, we will pass this Del Taco and go to the one on Hesperia Road. But every once in a while, we try and give the Shell Station's Del Taco. This morning I stopped in for a quick breakfast. I ordered 3 $.99 Bacon breakfast burritos. I live literally 4 minutes from this location... By the time I got home, they were cold. I was ok with popping them in the microwave... After, I sat down to eat them. The filling inside of the burritos barely filled it to half. I opened one up, to find what looked to be less than 1 full egg, and a little Bacon with cheese. With the amount in these burritos, it would take all three to complete 1. This is my last time EVER going to this Del Taco. I will drive out of my way in the future and go to one...
Read moreProbably one of the worst Del Tacos I've been to. There's no cashier to take your order the only option is to do it yourself on their kiosk. Then you order your meal to go and they don't even put napkins in your bag, they expect you to do half of their job for them. I requested extra sauce and extra cheese on my burritos and that wasn't done and the burritos fell completely apart the second I unwrap them. When you make your order they request you type in your name so I put dad and they wouldn't call out my name because they felt uncomfortable saying dad just like I felt uncomfortable creating my own order on their kiosk. I'm genuinely surprised they didn't...
