1/2 Word of mouth can be powerful. Relative told me of her terrible experience there. Very rude employees. So I’m not even gonna bother. I don’t do well with paying for something and being poorly treated. Just know, if that continues, you won’t stay open long. Like I said, word of mouth.

It says something that your claim to this person being some realtor is laying down her negative experience there and saying that’s whom I was speaking of. You’re absolutely wrong. I know of no realtor and certainly not a relative of mine. She came in with a group of young women who all ordered items for themselves and their children. You or your employees treated them with disrespect and were pushing them out the door for absolutely no reason at all. They’d been in there for just minutes to order and receive their orders. All I’m saying is, word gets around and it’s not defamatory to review a business after a negative experience. It serves you so that you can fix a problem and make it better. That’s the purpose. Perhaps retrain your employees or, if it was you or a co-owner, look into customer service and what that looks like? That you assumed I was speaking of some realtor as the only one who had a negative experience in your business means there’s been more than one instance. Done and done, I wish you well. I just don’t think after her experience and the way you responded to me bodes well. You COULD have come on here, apologized on your behalf to this customer and her friends, for the experience they had, and said you’d work on the problem to ensure a better experience. Perhaps that’d entice them to return and give you another try. Or me and other members of the community to give you a try. Because then we’d see efforts to improve rather than...

UPDATING MY REVIEW TO ONE STAR. I would give zero stars. Be careful leaving a bad review for this place because they will post your information on their social media with false narratives and misinformation in the name of “defending themselves” when in reality it’s defaming. All the people posting fake reviews do not know the full story.

You definitely made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable while we were there and even after I posted my review. I didn’t tell anyone to do anything. Nobody bashed you. We posted our experience and you attack any poor review you get rather than trying to understand. Your customers are allowed to not like your business or the way your run it. Stop attacking us and lying.

I went in with a group of women for a meeting, not a party. We had good intentions. We did not know we were supposed to call ahead of time as it’s nowhere on the website or social media. We thought this would be a fun, safe place to meet up. We regret coming and won’t be back. We respected the fact that we could not move tables, we didn’t throw a fit. We only stayed for an hour as we were told. If that was your “rush hour” it was not busy at all! We were the only ones there and NOBODY was waiting around. We did not “trash the place” as the business is accusing us.

My husband took me and the kids here for a sweet treat and I have to say. I had one of the best funnel cakes I’ve had in years. It was cooked to perfection. It wasn’t crowded, which was nice and it has a cute picture worthy atmosphere. You have an hour to chill and play games with your family but I would bring my own games next time because the games were a bit cruddy due to people eating the sticky food and touching the games. So there was a bit of an ick factor to it. They also could have paid more attention to wiping down the tables because it’s a desert spot that serves sugar treats, it understandably gets messy. I would also bring a thermos water bottle because we paid $2 bucks each for water bottles which I felt should be complimentary. But only the cups and ice are which is fine if you’re use to buying bottled water. All in all, it’s a great place and all of our food came out in a timely manner and was very tasty. We all...
