HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I'm honestly shocked reading all the positive reviews on this business. My experience started the same as yours, looking online for a decent place to get my cracked phone screen repaired. I purchased the iphone 7+ screen repair with a lifetime warranty. Jose one of the employees estimates 3 hours for the repair, which in my mind is a little lengthy. About 4 and half hours later the phone is finally done and at first glance it looks ok and all is right. Jose then hands the phone to me for further inspection, I take it of course not really knowing what i'm doing but eagerly trying to get out of there because I was already late for work by that point. Never explaining the "lifetime warranty" I paid extra for, nor giving me a receipt of any kind, explaining the information is in the computer. Later on I discover 1. There are bubbles in the bottom corner of the screen 2. The phone speaker is completely nonfunctional. Given that it took them so long the first time to repair my phone and that I purchased the "lifetime warranty" I didn't feel an immediate need to get those issues fixed. However I did call a few days after and made them aware of their mistakes.
About two months later I take a fall on a hike and my phone comes out my pocket and slams a rock giving it a minor crack. I finally decide ok I'm just going to go in and have my phone fully repaired. Wrong... Straight away the "manager" Rafa (I believe is his name) tells me he can only take a look at the speaker because my damage was accidental and the lifetime warranty doesn't cover that damage. He tries to offer a slightly discounted price, but I argue my point of having bought the lifetime warranty, which was never properly explained nor did I receive a copy of it. He tells me he will talk to his manager, mystery manager woman.. (He did not refer to her as that, but she may as well be) And that they would go over the surveillance footage on that day and give me a call back later that evening, he even went as far as to say he would leave a voicemail for me if im unavailable. Nope. I have to call them the next morning and get ahold of Rafa who was suppose to call me and he tries to cut me a deal again discounting the price a little bit once again, wanting me to just pay for the new screen and no labor charges. They either never went through their surveillance or they did and saw they were in the wrong. Either way I'm at that point where I'm completely done with this business that I just come in the next morning and explain to Mike, another employee, I just would like the bubbles and the speaker fixed since I have the "lifetime warranty" Mike was understanding and explained to me that he would have to replace the whole screen in order to take care of the bubbles. I myself knew this but, they gave me the faulty screen to begin with. Just because it was cracked they refused. Jose offered to speak to the mystery manager woman later that day on my behalf since she would be in to receive her paycheck, and he told me he would call me back or leave a voicemail. Once again no call back or voicemail, so I call this morning about an hour ago and talk to Rafa and again he tries to explain to me he can only offer me the deal where he charges me for the part and not the labor. I ask to speak to mystery manager woman and he tells me to call back in a half an hour and I can speak to her. Ok sure. I call back 30 minutes later, Rafa answers tells me the same old stuff once again and I ask may I speak to your manager, the person above you, "She's really busy right now." And he tells me she will call me later today.
Ya right, guess i'll be calling them tomorrow morning.. These people are trying to walk all over me because of their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place just in case something does go wrong they won't take...
Read moreI will never use this "repair shop" for anything. First, I took my phone about 2 and half weeks ago and still is still broken. I explained them that it would not charge, the battery icon was flashing so i decided to restart the phone and the screen never came back on. They charge 55.00 for a diagnostic, but what their diagnostic consist is in start changing parts to see what fixes the problem. After trying a screen and charging port they finally find a supposed connector inside that was shorted or something so they replaced it and charge me the part and sputter of the connector. So after 10 days and little over 100.00, plus the 55.00 diagnosis, the screen is back on. Yeeeeee....... I go and pick the phone and to my surprise the phone is still not charging.... I go back in the store and let the girl know. She takes it inside to another room and after about 30 minutes yells me it will probably gone need a reboot and that they will save all my pics I to my Google account. After few hours I get a call, the first one in this whole ordeal, it didn't fixed it so they think the screen is the issue. I agree for them to order the screen, but of course is Friday, and since they dont open weekend or not even Saturday, the screen is ordered Monday, suppose to be recieved Tuesday....here I am, Wednesday and still no phone. Tired of waiting, I call them and they tell me the screen didn't fixed it and they dont know what else to do, that they could call a real tech, but it would be pricey.......
At this point I've been more than 2 and half weeks without a phone, about 160.00 into a repair and my phone is still broken.
This place is a joke, they dont do a diagnostic, they just start changing parts to see what fixes the problem even when they charge for diagnosis.

Read moreIt's been about 2 weeks since I've gotten my screen repaired & my phone has been acting crazy ever since. When I press on the bottom of my phone near the home button, I can hear a sort of clicking noise (like a pop up button). The volume up button on the side is pressed in making it extremely difficult to turn my volume up & in fact, sometimes I can't even turn the volume up. Also, the switch that's on the side that changes the phone to vibrate does not push up, which means I can't turn my ringer on. I'm just very annoyed & upset about this being that it's gonna be hard for me to get back in to resolve this. This screen couldn't have been installed properly.
EDIT: it's been a couple of months & my phone is getting worse & worse by the day. My front camera quality is HORRIBLE! It's extremely fuzzy & just awful. My sister even mentioned yesterday how horrible my camera was. I am extremely disappointed for the simple fact that I spent about $80 for my phone to be in the condition...
