Larry's Giant Subs — Restaurant in Vidalia

Today we ordered DoorDash for Larry’s subs for the first time ever because we are all sick in the house. Upon delivery of our order, we realized half of our order was missing. My wife called DoorDash and was informed that we had to go to the restaurant. So we called Larry subs and was then told to either place a new DoorDash order paying a delivery fee and a tip or get dressed and come up to the restaurant to get the rest of our order because of their mistake. They refused to compensate for the missing items and refused to remedy this issue whatsoever. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The whole point of a delivery order was so we didn’t expose other people to us being sick, but this restaurant could care less. Not only that my son won’t even eat his sub. I probably went into this with higher expectations than I should have, since the place IS called Larrys "Giant" Subs. Nothing giant about their subs besides their "Big One" which is several feet long. First-, and last-time customer. All of the pictures show toppings falling out of the subs. What I was served was not even close to the volume of toppings in the pictures. If they would have made them as pictured, I could see calling the place "Giant" subs. I am sorry, but I was very underwhelmed. I will stick with being able to instruct in person on how my subs are made from now on. At this place, you cannot see how they are preparing your order as the countertop is rather high. To the owner, please tell your employees to not be afraid to make the subs as pictured. Okay I wanted something fresh so I went to Larry's Giant subs I got a 8-inch chicken hot sub on gluten-free bread, I didn't want what was on the menu so I told them just to run my sub through the garden and they only halfway ran it through the garden I told them I wanted mayonnaise I did not receive mayonnaise, then I should have told them I wanted it to go because really there's no room to even sit in there without being crowded by people .
