If I could I would give them 10 stars!!! I spent about 3 months doing research on the 4C's and trying to figure out which labs were the best ones to have a certified diamond from. Everything I read said that I needed to have a stone graded by GIA because they have the strictest standards. I looked at some of the rings at Kay Jewelers and found out that many of their rings are not certified. The rings that did have certificates were done by a lab that I had read many bad reviews about so I was very weary to buy anything from them. I wanted to make sure I could have the best quality while staying within my budget. I happened to hear about K E Butler from a relative of mine so I decided I would go and have a look. Within minutes I found a setting that I absolutely loved. I wanted to put a GIA certified stone in the setting so Mrs. Kathy made some calls and had 3 stones that met my requirements and were within my budget to select from. They suggested that I have some extra prongs added to the ring to keep the diamond more secure, so we sent the setting and the diamond off and I had it back within a week. When the ring arrived back from being worked on it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. My fiancé absolutely loves it. She receives complements on it everywhere we go. The customer service here is second to none. They made me feel like I was their main priority the entire time. I would receive phone calls throughout the week to update me on the progress of my ring. They were able to answer all of my questions concerning my diamond and ring selection, which was very nice because all I got from Kay's were blank stares and "I'm not sure" when I asked about the lab certificates. My fiancé and Mrs. Kathy designed my engagement ring together, and it’s incredible. She never got tired of going back and forth with him and trying different work-ups of what turned out to be the most amazing ring.
