Mattressmax — Local services in Vienna

After reading some of the reviews on here, I can only conclude that these folks are confused about where they bought their bed. John and Barb with Mattress Max were absolutely fantastic to us. We've now had about a week on our new mattress and simply could not be happier with the restful sleep we are getting all due to the great customer service we received while shopping for the right bed at Mattress Max. In this day and age, this high level of customer service is almost unheard of. John and Barb spent so much time with us providing great information on the beds they offer and how to go about selecting the right mattress for us. We were made to feel very comfortable in the showroom and encouraged to spend plenty of time on each bed to make sure it was the right one for us. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Update We’ve now had our mattress for over a year. It is still just as comfortable as when we purchased it and shows no signs of wear.

Loved the experience at Mattress Max so much that we went back to buy a mattress pad for our son. Once again, had a great experience in helping decide what would be best for him, ordering and picking up the mattress pad. It made a big difference for him.

Worked with the owners to buy a mattress for an adjustable bed frame. They listened to or likes and dislikes, and helped up find the perfect mattress. We’ve now had our Dutchcraft EcoRest Lotus mattress for almost a year. It isn’t showing any signs of wear, and is still as comfortable as the day we bought it.

We were delightfully surprised by the knowledge and education available regarding RV mattresses; a major and ongoing concern for many RV owners. We purchased in May 2019 and have cautiously reserved judgment. Our fifth wheel went into storage today after 5 months, 7,000+ miles and MANY nights of incredible rest! We're so pleased and twice as grateful! It's already decided; the mattress in our house must go. We highly recommend these great folks to RV owners. Like many others, we've run the gauntlet of cheap fixes, Amazon and "bargain quality" replacements. The money we've wasted might have paid for the best! Thanks so much Mattress Max....
