Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Vienna

Okay, now I'm not from around here. I'm actually from California and I love Dominoes. I consider them my favorite pizza place there. But recently, on my trip to visit my girlfriend close to this Dominoes in Parkersberg, WV off of Vienna I've decided to never eat at another Dominoes in my life. Samantha the manager at this store was rude and would not listen to the fact that they got my order wrong. She even had the boldness to laugh at me as I asked for her last name in order to talk to her supervisor. Imagine you've been through 5-6 brain surgeries and they cauterized your cerebellum because they got the order wrong...then they laugh at you when you ask who is responsible?!?!? She is why the turnover rate at Dominoes is so high, uneducated, mean people like her who will not listen to their customers or even their employees is why they're always hiring. You cannot treat people like the that, and I will have no more part of it because of her...Thank you Dominoes for the great pizza but until she is gone, I will be gone and so will my 327...

This place ALWAYS skimps on EVERYTHING. Barely any toppings on anything. The pasta was so dry the noodles cooked hard there wasn't even enough noodles in the bowl to cover the bottom of the bowl completely, they had maybe a teaspoon of sauce on it. It was flavorless. The pizza was very slopply put together. With a total of 6 chunks of chicken on the whole pizza. I love paying extra for a topping only to be skimped. This will be our last trip to this store. Never again. They do...

This Dominos is always understaffed. No one wants to work anymore. They are always hiring yet no one can manage to stay longer than a week it seems. 1/2 the staff they do have is always either sick or has car problems. You can tell it puts a huge strain on the workers that are always there. Dominos does need to fix their app though. the food is not always ready in 15-20 min during dinner time like the app says.
