McDonald's — Restaurant in Vienna

Ironically, I was about to call the area manager K.S., this was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. First I asked the lady at the cashier desk how to use the app inside of the facility she said I don't know let me go ask my manager. At that point I figured it out myself next I want to go get ice there was no ice in the machine. Then the person who was with me who wanted to order the same four for five meal her price was different than mine why I don't know maybe because it was the app. Then I get to my car to prepare my food for the road because I was traveling from Chicago to mississippi, I realized that my nuggets were missing so I went back in to get those. Then as I am driving I begin to eat the Nuggets were soggy, I'm not quite sure how a nugget gets soggy but it was. So then I decided to eat the burger, the burger was half wrapped and I had ordered a burger with no pickles so it appears that they took off the pickles from a sandwich that was already made. As I continue to eat the burger it was cold and dry but it was the first thing I had eaten all day so the time was approximately 4:00 p.m. so I really tried to eat it anyway I could not finish it as the burger literally split in half because it was so hard. The only thing that was manageable to actually eat where the french fries which had absolutely no salt on their, but I can understand that. The food had to have been sitting in the warmer all day I am very very disappointed in the food I received. The one thing I will say is the washrooms were extremely clean so...

We were at this McDonald's location...707 E Vine St, Vienna, IL 62995. We stopped around 9am this morning and ordered $50 worth of breakfast, with 4 medium orange juices. My 8 year old drank most of her juice and then started complaining of a stomach ache. She said there was something in her juice. So I took her cup and found this. I dug it out with my fingers and it was squishy like a piece of raw chicken but it smelled like fermented fruit, a HORRIBLE vinegar smell. I have saved the cup and the "thing" because if she gets sicker I will be taking her to the hospital. I have never ever been more disgusted in my life. We poured out all $12 worth of juice because there was no way I was letting anyone else drink the juice. I am extremely upset with the amount of money I paid for breakfast to get that and had to throw half of the stuff away. We are traveling through the area so I couldn't turn around because we were already 35 mins down the road. I am sooooo incredibly grossed out! I would never stop here EVER! I have left several messages with the company and for the owner of this one particularly and I have gotten...

Well during our trip of visiting this location we were first greeted by a speaker that was not working properly. After sitting for a moment or two and realizing that the speaker is down we then went ahead and pulled forward around to the window where I told a woman that the speakers down. She didn't replied hang on one second and I know, but yet you knew and there wasn't an out of order sign on it. Kind of weird. After sitting at the window and being ignored by the cashier. We then pulled around ordered our food at the end of our order we was not giving a total all we was givin what's the response pull forward to the window. After we got past the first window. We found the reasoning for the two stars and that was the young man at the window of the second part who is Young and very respectful and courteous. The quality of food is what it is fast food. With the exception that are chicken on our sandwiches was hard in some places. Bottom line if you want rude fast food this could possibly be the place for you to eat. We will be back at this location in 2 weeks to do...
