Napoli's Pizza — Restaurant in Vienna

Ordered last night around 8:25p.m. Waited for two + hours, and no order! Called the restaurant & spoke to a customer service employee (you can't call the store itself- you have to call a centralized call center) & she advised my order was out for delivery. So, I continued to wait... then, at 10:45, a friend told me the store closes at 11p.m. So I called again. I called three times until 11p.m., but no answer! I never received my order. I called them today & asked to speak to a supervisor, and the woman who answered said she was the supervisor. I told her what happened last night & she asked if I wanted them to send the order tonight. I asked if there would be a charge and she asked if the order from last night had been paid for. I said, no it had not... since it was never delivered. She said, she would send it out "this time." I did receive the order, complete & accurate, and free of charge. I have had instances with those in positions of authority with Napoli's before (them messing up the orders and refusing to make things right), so the hassle is definitely not worth the food or the prices. Unfortunately, quality customer service does not seem to be a priority with this restaurant, or its staff. Tonight will be my last order...

Each Napolis pizza is owned by the same people and the food is therefore the same. But I’ve noticed that it’s actually a bit different at each location. Call it a chef’s choice. All in all it’s a decent restaurant with a great selection on the menu. The service is different from store to store but that is to be expected. The location in Vienna is convenient but with limited parking. I found this store to be very nice and the staff friendly. Always asking would you like or can I get you, we have a special, etc. The location in Belpre is of course a real dine in restaurant so no need to compare the two or any other. I have not ordered for delivery because I’m located within 1-2 miles so I always do takeout. It’s very fast and fresh and honestly have never had anything wrong with my order. It’s par for the course and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys Napolis pizzas and subs. If you’re courteous and respectful and realize how hard these guys work you get the same back. I’ve never had a problem. Why 4 stars, its not the best in town. That said its still offers a wide variety of delicious food and at competitive price. Former Baker / Pizza Dough maker. Napoli's and McHappy's products are made with strict quality standards, fresh daily and some are flash frozen right out of the oven to ensure quality. Most other products are refrigerated. With multiple locations, similar to most food places the products are made in one or two facilities, flash frozen or refrigerated immediately to preserve quality. The pizza crust are bake daily, allowed to cool, bagged in certain quantities per size and refrigerated, so when ordering breads or a pizza crust they are premade ( not frozen ), then toppings are added and sent thru an oven. Most deserts ( cookies, pies, cakes, pastries, etc..... are baked flash frozen from the oven to preserve quality, Then delivered to stores.
