Easily my favorite Hot Chicken Place in the area and on the level of Hattie B's, Pepperfire or and Hot Chicken place in Nashville. I eat here at least twice a month. And it its been more than two weeks I start craving it like crazy! The chicken is always perfectly fried and the spice level is great. I always get the Xtra Hot. It is hot, but not burn your mouth off so you can't taste anything hot. So much flavor. The Fck You Cray level is the hottest and it is definitely REALLY spicy but still has great flavor and you won't regret things the next day. It's not as hot as WoiBoy's off the menu Code Black, but its close. I'd say it has better flavor than the Code Black. The fries are excellent. HCK probably has my favorite fries, but these aren't far behind. Red Bird also has better sauces than the competition. All of them are excellent. The fry sauce is my fave, but the hot sauce, yellow sauce and white sauce are outstanding as well. The place is always clean and the staff is super friendly. After visiting a couple of times, they'll know you :) The music is top notch. The best 00-10s dance music. Love it. I can confidently say this is the best chicken I’ve ever had (and will probably ever have). It’s THAT good. Since opening recently, my wife and I have become regulars as we have eaten here about 3 times/week. We both get the Mild Chicken Tenders meal with fries which is very reasonably priced at $7.99 I believe. The large tenders are PERFECTLY fried (nice and crispy!), seasoned to perfection, and the dipping sauces…I can’t say enough about how good those are too! Fries are also crispy and delicious! One thing I haven’t been able to find until now when ordering to go or via delivery is fried food that maintains its crispiness. Usually when you order fried chicken, fries, etc. the food becomes soggy before you’re able to eat it. Not here!
