I'm only leaving a one star because that's the lowest option. I am currently awaiting a call back from the owner/area manager. I dine in often at this location but this new "so called" manager they have is ruining this business. Jackie needs to be put in the back so she has zero interaction with staff or customers. She cannot take an order correctly, does not know how to give correct change or refund a credit card transaction. She rings up stuff other than how or what you order and then yells at staff when they fulfill the order how she rang it in. She is terrible. I ordered a small tenderloin and cheese biscuit. The first time it came out with no cheese. Second time it came out with cold cheese and scrambled eggs on it. The third time I took it to the counter she offered my money back and told me never to come back!!!! For her mistake!! She has a terrible attitude!!! Do better Martins. When I pulled up, the drive thru and parking lot were empty, but it was still only 1:55p so the restaurant was still open. All the employees were outside the back of the store all on a smoke break at the same time when I pulled up. The one with the headset decided to ask me to wait a minute to take the order. While that one was getting ready, a different employee came over to the speaker and asked what I was wanting cause they are out of most of the menu since they close at 3pm. I don’t know if they were just annoyed that I showed up during business hours or that they would have to make it fresh or what, but it was very poor service. No one was wearing a name tag that I could see either. I don’t understand why employees would try and convince customers to not order just because it’s an hour til closing. Your company can give this FULL credit to the DEROGATORY REMARKS AND RUDE DEMEANOR in which your back line employees make sure your paying customers hear and know by making it uncomfortably impossible to use the restrooms they snatch at the door AND curse an complain that someone is still occupying and trying to use the bathroom just as they were the two minutes prior when they snatched and kept shaking the door.
