I can't believe I even have to put a 1 star rating, I wish I could leave you "negative" stars. First of all I had the hardent time even getting someone to answer my phone call. When I was finally able to even get my phone call answered, I started to inquire about different menu items. The person (lady) I was talking to sounded frustrated, and then during mid sentence, was put on the phone with a gentleman, who stated, "I'm sorry, I literally just walked in and was handed the phone..." The lady that had finally even answered the phone, without any warning, just passed me off to a different person. At first I was kinda happy to speak to the gentleman instead, because the first lady definitely seemed annoyed. So I continued to inquire what type of cheese they used on their chili cheese fries, (didn't know at first if it was a cheese sauce or actual cheese) he started to say chedder and a blend of what he thought was monteray jack cheese, and then said, "I don't really know, I just roll with it." rude! So then we proceeded to get the order started, and when I said delivery, he said, "oh I'm sorry, we stop taking orders for delivery at 7pm", I looked down at my phone, that literally said 7:00 pm on the dot, and I said, "it is 7". He said that I could still come in and pick up, and I just kinda laughed and told him no thank you, nevermind, and hung up. I cannot believe they treat people, "CUSTOMERS" like this. I get that it was 7 on the dot, but like I said, first of all it took a while to even get my call answered, and then I was rudely passed off to a completely different person, which "took time", maybe they should have just taken my order and not acted as rudely as they did. So, I called Marco's, the one place that is always consistent with their food and customer service. This place is doing false advertising!!! They are advertising All wings are $.50 on Wednesdays but what they don’t tell you when call to place your order you have to leave a google review first. I placed a order over the phone sent my daughter to pick them up and when she got there the price was $24.06 not only was the price wrong but the wings was tiny and had hair in it. My daughter asked for a refund and the young man name Jay couldn’t not give her one because he didn’t know how to nor could he give her the difference of she did a Google review. He was clueless!!! He called the owner and told her she would be there in 5 mins to give us a refund. 5 mins had gone by and he the said she was down the street but couldn’t get by due to police cars blocking the way. The Jay guy lied the entire time saying the owner was coming and when she got there she had no clue of what was going on. After waiting almost an hr we got a refund and the owner had an attitude about the whole situation as if we had did something wrong. Thus is no way to treat paying customers for something you did wrong. My family will never go back to this place. Also why we waited a older lady come in to place a order and was told she had to leave a google review before she could order the lady was so confused and had no idea what a goggle review was she got frustrated and left and the guy Jay could not...

About 7 years ago my wife and I were out riding on the motorcycle and happened in to GC Feathers for the first time. Back then we had a sense that were visiting a small-town storefront type start-up business that had a big city/family owned "wing joint" vibe to it. On that visit We had their honey/lemon pepper wings and in doing so found a new favorite flavor combination.

Over the years we will stop, if we're going to be near or occasionally we've made a special trip, just to buy some of their wings. We have seen the physical condition of this eatery decline, then be remodeled and then that remodel begin to age. We have also noticed that compared to our first visit the actual wing size has grown smaller. BUT.. the service has always been great and the wings VERY tasty we just order a larger portion!

Now, with the impact of the pandemic and their business being delivery and take out only AND a large local "chain" wing operation having moved in less than a block distance from them, we are concerned for the future of our favorite...
