I ordered the omakase sushi option and I was not disappointed. The fish was fresh and beautifully presented by the chef either individually, or in small groupings, giving the perfect break between courses to savor the flavors. Some areas of note were the hand rolls which I have not had as omakase before, with spicy tuna and spicy salmon options that were the freshest I have ever had. Another were the uni and salmon roe hand rolls which incorporated a ginko leaf. This leaf is often used as garnish in sushi restaurants, but is also fully edible and really added an interesting flavor to these dishes that i haven't had before. Lastly, the unagi (eel) hand roll was not the typical pre-made unagi that you can get at most sushi places. This was fresh, and cooked up deliciously. I will definitely be letting my friends and coworkers know about this place when they are traveling in the area for business, and returning when I am back next year!

Every time I've gone to Oshii Bistro I've been overwhelmed by the incredible food and kindness of the staff. This is the best sushi in the area by far, but I'd go as far as to say this is the best sushi I've ever had! My only teeny tiny note is the toro and avocado changed and I miss the old form! The Toro and Yuzu is to die for in any form though! I included a close up of one of the rolls so you can see how much love and care goes into a single roll, it's like a piece of art. For reference: the roll is crafted, then fried, then topped with crab, spicy mayo, another sauce, tomiko, and a thin garnish green. I've never seen sushi at this price point be so incredible.

Oishii Bistro was quite good and satisfied our taste buds for sushi. The quality of the salmon, crab, shrimp and chicken were fresh and made with care. Sushi is one of my dishes meaning I will have high expectations for it and the overall meal is worth the price. - Pink Lady Speciality Roll - Salmon Avocado, Salmon Avocado & cucumber, and Philadelphia Roll - Honey walnut chicken and tempura shrimp. I’ve given only 4 stars because I wasn’t ready for the big portion of honey walnut and shrimp due to me not being extremely hungry after eating a whole pizza and three donuts beforehand lol

Oishii is a gem of an Asian fusion restaurant tucked away at 69 South Moger Avenue in Mount Kisco, NY.

From the moment you walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff set the tone for what turned out to be a delightful culinary experience.

Everything you eat here is cooked to perfection with amazing authentic flavors.

The sushi creations that are not only wonderful to look at all live up to their names. The combination of fresh fish, or avocado, with a hint of spices are nothing short of heavenly, with each bite bursting with flavor and texture. You truly can taste the freshness.

If you like Duck order the crispy duck. True to its name the Duck is expertly tender while somehow maintaining a wonderful crispy skin. Is it served with spicy pineapple fried rice and is a perfect complement to the duck. It is a blend of rich, aromatic spices and perfectly cooked vegetables and rice with a small kick of heat. It’s the kind of dish you will not find anywhere else.

The presentation of the food here is impeccable, and the portions are generous without being overwhelming.

What stands out just as much as the food is the service—attentive yet unobtrusive, the staff clearly take pride in what they do. And are very kind and friendly.

Oishii isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience. The fusion of Japanese, Thai, and other Asian flavors is executed with finesse, making it a standout.

Whether you’re a sushi aficionado or just looking for a flavorful night out, this gem delivers.

If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Oishii. You won’t be...

Originally gave this place 5 stars because I really do love the food and have been coming here often for years but unfortunately had a bad experience thay changed my whole view. I placed an order and told them the other person I’m ordering with is deathly allergic to scallions, they said they would tell the chef. Once we got our food we saw that order was full of scallions!

Everyone makes me mistakes, so we understood. The girl on the phone asked if they can just credit our account for a new order in the future instead of returning credit to the debit card and we said okay.

One week later we called to place abd order and ask about the lunch credit and the manager said she had no clue what we were talking about and said she wasn’t going to honor the promise they made….i think it’s rude to not only give someone the one food they’re allergic to but to not even try and make the situation better for a customer who always eats there shows they don’t care.

So I guess I won’t be ordering from here anymore. The food is definitely good I just don’t want to be loyal to a place that...
