I have been a customer for a few years now. I found the staff and manager to always been welcoming, helpful, and the food to be delicious. However, today I got some unpleasant customer service. I ordered by phone for pickup for my coworker and I. The girls who made the food had messed up our order. I got a croissant with just lettuce on it while I had ordered tuna, avocado, and lettuce on a croissant. Since I was in the middle of a call at work my co-worker took it back where they told her it was my fault because I said lettuce on a roll. Now, being realistic, who would order lettuce on a roll? I am sure its possible but come on... I specifically ordered 2 croissants lightly toasted with tuna, one having avocado and lettuce and another with lettuce. Then the girl made my co-worker pay the $2 for the tuna on the sandwich and said it was a miscommunication but you still have to pay for the sandwich. My co-worker did not have cash on her and they have strict $10 limit for CC so they made her VENMO the cashier for 2 DOLLARS!!!! My co-worker said they were very nasty to her, it was her FIRST time ever there and I always had raved to her about this place and told her she would love it. She will not be going back. Small towns like ours benefit from word of mouth and positive reviews and it was not a good first impression for her. I will say I am pretty upset because never have I ever had a problem with B&B but the situation could have been handled...

Just plain rude. Well Iām so glad I decided to stop by yesterday! I was NOT met with a grumpy man uninterested in serving me but a warm smiling woman eager to take my order. What a wonderful and pleasant surprise! Looking around I realized how crowded it was and figured they must have changed ownership because it was usually pretty empty. I took a seat and a short time later was given my order (ham and egg on a roll) by another very nice woman with a genuine smile. What a difference š. The food was excellent and the warm staff really make you feel at home. Simple human kindness goes a long way and I will definitely be coming back. 5 stars!
I can only suspect that the negative reviews on here must have been written by friends of the previous owner because they donāt ring...
