Arby's — Restaurant in Village of Plover

Food was very hot and tasty. However, it took us, 2 adults and 4 kids 10 and under, about 10 minutes to place our order with the young female at the counter!!! She could NOT get the order for the 4 kids meal sides right!! She was laughing and giggling. She said that it had been a long day...it was only 1 in the afternoon!!! People behind us in line were not happy!! When we got the receipt we noticed that we were charged extra for 2 of the kid's drinks and an extra apple sauce. I went back to the counter to get a refund. She and another young female looked at each other and laughed and called the manager to correct the error. Manager was very competent in handling my refund. This store is closed early many times when I've tried going. Today it was 7:20, said online open until 9. There were cars in the drive thru but the menu and many lights were off. Also 2 cars pulled in and left looking confused as I was. So I tried anyway and was greeted at the unlit menu. I had to ask to have the lights on the menu turned on in order to see it as it was dark. They then turned the lights off the menu as I pulled away even there was a car behind me. Get it together people. If you don't want to work, don't, but don't leave your customers hanging. I stopped here at around 9 pm. The place was in some pretty sad shape. 4 different flavors of soda were out of service out of approximately 9 flavors on the fountain. The flavors that were out of service were all the most popular brands, so I had a Fanta orange with my meal. The curly fries were freshly cooked, and the sandwich wasn't terrible, but the oil the fries were cooked in was well overdue to be changed. The fries had an overpowering flavor of burnt vegetable oil. Service was very slow, and I wasn't alone while I was waiting.
