Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Village of Plover

Very upset about my experience with this store last night. Ordered online at 1:30pm to have it ready for pickup at 5:30pm. Received an email verification with this info. When I pulled up to the drive-thru at 5:32 I was told that they could not find my order. The same employee came back a few min later and said they found my order but they are running a bit behind and it is almost ready. 10 min later another employee came to the window asked if I ordered through the app - I said yes and he told me the ticket came through to make my order for 7:30pm not 5:30pm and said they haven't even started my order yet. He was rude and asked if I just wanted them to make it now or wait until 7:30. I said to go ahead and make it and he told me it would be about 30 min. We parked and waited and went back to the drive-thru to pick it up. They sent a different employee to the window who I tried very hard to be extra nice to because she wasn't part of the issue. She handed me all my food and then my receipt. As I was driving away we realized that the receipt I was given wasn't even mine it had someone else's information on it. I don't know if this was intentional so I couldn't see what my order actually said or not. I was offered NO apology which is the part that upset me the most. I will not use this...

I recently ordered from the Domino’s in plover and I have to say, it was one of the best pizza experiences I've had! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient from start to finish. The store was clean, and the service was fast, even during a busy dinner rush.

I opted for a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and a side of stuffed cheesy bread, and everything was cooked perfectly. The pizza had just the right amount of sauce, the pepperoni was crispy, and the crust was perfectly golden and chewy. The cheesy bread was a huge hit—warm, gooey, and loaded with flavor. The entire order was ready ahead of schedule, and they even double-checked everything before handing it to me to ensure everything was just right.

What really stood out, though, was how well this particular store handled customer service. The staff was courteous, and you could tell they took pride in their work. It was a refreshing experience and really made me appreciate how consistently great Domino’s can be when they have such a dedicated team.

I will not be using this location again. My coworker and I had made an online order. Received a call shortly after completing it. They stated they didn't have the bread to make the subs we had ordered. Tried talking to the person on the phone to see what we could do to fix it. She then says she can't her me 2 times and then hangs up. I call the same number back, and someone else answers stating that this is the Stevens Point location. So say okay and hang up, and Google search the number to verify. Turns out it was the right store, so I called them back, and someone else answered. I asked if this was the Plover store, and he said yes. Then, he asks to put me on hold. I hang up and drive there. Get there it looks like they haven't event started my order 25 minutes after submitted it which would be fine if they were busy but there are no pizzas being prepped or any in the area they put them in when they are ready for pick up.
