I Went through drive thru tonight to get two frozen mocha coffees that we ordered on the dunkin app and a gentleman named Jesse was working. When we stopped by the speaker to let him know we were there for our order he told us to pull up to the window and that it would be just one moment. we noticed he was taking care of the inside orders as well as the drive thru orders while we were waiting for our order and he was the only person working. There was a small line but he worked quickly to get the orders made. We waited for roughly 10 minutes if I had to guess. He stopped by the window to apologize and say he was making our order now and that he was working by himself and it would be up shortly. After giving us our order and saying have a good night and thank you for being patient the window closed and he went back to work. I myself who has been in customer service for over 10 years had to let him know I appreciated it. I knocked on the window and he came back probably thiking he messed up but I asked him his name and said great job and that I would be leaving a review on it. I know its a long review but I just wanted to shed some light on him for keeping himself composed and making sure he gave his customers great service and that they got what they ordered in a timely manner. Read moreThis was the first time I've ever walked into a business to find nobody working. It was odd waiting to order and not being greeted with someone willing to take my order. It was interesting to walk to the end of the counter while saying hello but not seeing anybody as I recieve no response. As I leaned over the banister at the end of the counter to look in the back room I saw a woman with her feet kicked up on the desk playing on her phone. That was discusting service. Any company that allows phone use to take precedence over customer service does not deserve any money from customers. I gave this business the benifit of the doubt by going back inside a second time after paying for gas. I thought this employee deserves a chance to reconsile the situation but failed to make a presence for customers. I really hope this reflects on future training so no customers are left in my shoes in the future. Just...
Read moreI will never come back to this place. The heavy set lady has a very nasty attitude and she is very rude. The lady wanted to argue with my husband saying she couldn't make the coffees the way we wanted them. We get the same coffee everyday all over the United States but this was the only place that said they couldn't make them the way we wanted them. Finally after 15 mins of arguing with her she finally decided they could do it. One of them was made correct the other was not. So we took it back in and at first she said it was made the same way as the other one and acted like she didn't want to correct her mistake.
