I ordered and when about to pay, I was told to park at 2nd window. I pull up to the window with the number 2 on it. Unbeknownst to me, they meant the pick up window. So I sat at the number 2 window for maybe 5-7 minutes before walking in and asking what’s wrong. I was told they thought I left so they canceled the order. I said I pulled to the window. They said it was the wrong window and I ask if anyone was capable of looking outside and he said no one had. I pointed to the spot I was still parked in. He re entered the order in the computer and gave me my bags and drinks. My fries were cold so he gave new ones. Then I realized I was missing my daughter’s food and I called and he said they would mail me some coupons. I asked for a partial refund and he said they don’t do that it would only be full refund IF I CAME BACK AND SHOWED RECEIPT. I am not getting off the freeway to go back and then back on freeway. So we stopped a few exits down to get my daughter her meal. The guys fix was an apology and sending a few coupons in the mail to the address I gave. Glad I will never get a wrong order from this...
Read moreI visited today to get breakfast. I went inside because the drive thru line was long. The lady at the front counter was struggling with everyone’s order so I went to the self kiosks instead. I got my order to go and when I got home I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes. I opened up the bag and it didn’t have hot cakes but it had the syrup so that was nice I guess. It also didn’t have any silverware or jelly or salt for my big breakfast. So I drove back to the restaurant and told them what I was missing and they gave me some pancakes that were for someone else and silverware with no salt or jelly but I figured I was going home so I would just be done. But the worst part of all is when I finally had all my food and made it home after two trips all my food was cold. Read moreI was very pleased with the speed of service at this location. The general manager Delores has such an inspiring and infectious attitude while setting the example for others to emulate. Even when mistakes are made, they had me leaving with a smile as they not only owned up but went above and beyond simply correcting the wrongdoings. I love how enthusiastic the crew was without letting the smile leave thier faces. My visit here today makes me want to stop eating at any other location. I 100% understand that the human element comes with potential human error, but you were so quick to have me back on the road with corrections made that I feel compelled to congradulate this store as a whole for thier exceptional service. Please keep that effort up, your customers take note on all the effort you put fourth.
