Monical's Pizza of Vincennes — Restaurant in Vincennes

We called on Tuesday to order catering delivery on Friday for wedding rehearsal dinner.Their catering info states "plates, napkins, flatware, cups, serving tongs and squeeze bottles of dressing" but I confirmed on the call that would all be included and was told yes. I asked for it to be delivered at 7:30. I called on Thursday evening to confirm the order and all that was included and time and was told yes we'll take care of it. Rehearsal ended and at 7:30, no food so I called. At first I was told "he is getting ready to leave, there were deliveries ahead of you". How can there be deliveries ahead of me if I set the time 3 days ago? Ending the call, the girl again started to say he's getting ready to leave but I heard someone in the background interrupt and she changed to he's on his way. It is a 5 minute drive, 15 minutes later, no food. I called again and was told there were deliveries ahead of me but he is there. He arrived about 5 minutes later. When he arrived, he had food and plates but no cups. He said he asked before he left and was told they were not included. He could see we were not happy and said he would come back with cups so we started serving soda in punch cups that we had there for the wedding the following day so our party would not have to wait any longer. Also the squeeze bottles of dressings were in little cups. We had ordered ranch and creamy italian, very difficult to distinguish not labeled. We're giving 2 stars because the food was not bad. It was $230 for food for 25 people and we tipped the driver well because we assumed the very poor service was...

Stopped in for lunch. There is no waitstaff at lunch. Place your order and pay at counter. I ordered the personal thin crust deluxe. Food came out within 10 minutes. Food was hot. Crust, since it is was thin, had a good crunch. I like crispy crusts on my pizza. The toppings were all good. Cheese not very greasy. The sauce was nice and had good flavor. All in all, this was a good pizza. The table we sat at had a film on it and was very sticky. The floor was also sticky. Not sure what causes that but I didn't feel like it was super clean. If you are wanting a good pizza the food is good. Not sure how I feel about the rest of my experience.

Edit* went back for another lunch special and this time the inside was very clean, nothing sticky or otherwise messy. Food order came quick and was just as good as the first time. Upped...

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one has been bothering me. Visited this location for the first time the other day. Food is expensive, but good enough that it’s not too much of a pain. Wait wasn’t bad. The problem was the interaction. The manager (tall blonde lady, I think the name was Ash or Amy) had a major attention problem. When we walked up to the counter she was standing on her phone, completely ignoring the comments coming from the rest of the kitchen staff. Took several minutes to get service from her, even standing right there. Like pay attention, cmon. Kitchen itself looked a little dingy too.
