On 10/19/2020 at approximately 8:30 until 9:27am I and my family went for breakfast and was not impressed, they had said that the truck had not arrived yet, they were not busy but took a long time to have anything delivered, we had ordered 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. The overall experience the floors were dirty, they did not look or seemed at all swept or mopped, they were pouring soda from a bottle, as well as walmart syrup. The food, the 2 kids were fine. The adult plates the first issue. I ordered a build your own grand slam with French toast, eggs, hashbrowns, and sausage. There were more than a few issues with the order. 1) Lack of eggs on the plate. 2)Food was cold, 3)the hash brown was barly even cooked, and finally the sauage was cold and pure greese. They did give the eggs that were missing but they were cold and not the correct size for an adult meal. The eggs were watery and tasteless. We ordered mozzarella sticks which they were out so it was substituted with boneless mild wings which were like biting into chicken flavored bullets. The sprite we had ordered was pure seltzer water and to fix this issue our sprite was poured out of a 2 liter bottle that was sitting on the counter and it was very warm and flat. The cook was not wearing a mask as per state mandation. Our server Megan was wearing her mask below the chin. She did not even bother to acknowledge us when we called for her regarding the food. Until my boyfriend almost yelled across the dining room for her. Mind you, we were the ONLY ones in the dining area at the time. To rectify three situation my boyfriend asked to speak to the manager and the manager only offered a 10% military discount for the inconvenience however non of us are military and my order was more than just the 10% discount that was offered. Because essentially if my order was $7.99 and only a 10% discount was offered the manager basically only took off 80 cents off the bill for our inconvenience?? I am very displeased with this experience and will no longer be returning to Denny's in either millville or the vineland location. Read moreI went to pick up a Door dash delivery that had already been paid for by the customer. After being told it was pushed back once by the chef for who knows what reason but it's being made now. So I waited 15 minutes outside. Upon going back into the restaurant, the hostess says the cook refuses to make this order. They said he was too busy even though the restaurant had like 4 tables with people eating only. When I expressed that the order was already paid for, they didn't care and said "why do people choose to eat here?"!! And that I should just back out of the delivery. I said that affected my numbers and this was neither myself nor the customers fault. I asked a waitress what the issue was and should I wait a bit longer and she said she was leaving with for the day and walked ou!!! I then called Door Dash and they TRIED to call and talk to the staff but they weren't answering the phone. So the lady on DoorDash support asked if I could bring my phone in to the hostess. During a PANDEMIC. I did in order to hurry this up since it had now been over a half hour and the hostess went on to tell them the same thing. Doordash removed the order from me but I was just shocked and appalled at the blatant lack of concern, pride and work ethnic of the employees at this location. Read moreMy huaband and I went there on our way home this AM and were seated right away. That aside from my breakfast was the best part of our experience. We looked at the menu and knew what we wanted in a few mins of being seated. There we sat waiting for someone to take our order. Another table was seated and they had someone go right over to them while we still waited! There was only about 5 tables including us there yet we couldn't get someone to wait on us. FINALLY a girl comes over and takes our order and says she will be right bk with our drinks. Ok, great!... Nope! We waited a bit and then see her take the cart around and clean a few tables. So again we wait for anything to be brought to the table. Then i see her again talking about silverware yet not looking our way so i finally get up and speak to another waitress about not getting our drinks yet. She apologized and came right over to us. She asked if we had ordered and I told her yes and what it was. She was bk with our drinks in 30 secs! Our food came out and she promptly brought us everything we needed and more.
