I've known from my 2nd father that this particular Wendy's is known to have a horrible drive thru. They can't seem to take more than one order at a time so you usually have to wait for the person in front of you to order, pay and get their food before you are even greeted. I was also noticed that some of their employees haven't been trained properly in customer service as they never say "Thank you" or "Have a nice day." Not only is that what comes with the territory when you work with the public but it's also just common courtesy and how you should speak to another human being. Bad day or good day, it hurts no one to be polite. People doing seem to realize that a few kind words could really change someones day around for the better and not saying anything could make a bad day for sometime much worse. Please, whoever the GM or manager is, I'm implore you to please trim the fat at your establishment in Vineland NJ. Hire good workers and you will see that you will get bonuses that I'm about positive that you are seeing very little if any of with the way your store is being operated at this point in time. I would also love to get some feedback from sometime in charge from your store. Read morei am appalled and depressed due to the terrible situation i have been put through today. first i stay in line for at least 12 minutes and 34 seconds of pure unaltered torture. ahead of me, i can hear the lady inside the machine ask the customer what kind of sauce he would like. then she tells him they don't even have that sauce. lies! i should've turned around then! anyway, once i finally made it through the torturously slow line, i got to order. once i pulled up to the 2nd window (the first was closed due to the lack of staff being able to count money) i handed the lady my money as she slowly counted it. then she gave me my food and i made the stupid mistake of not opening my food right there at the window! i went home and was in shock finding out that the chicken caesar salad i ordered was NOT caesar, but the lettuce from the apple pecan salad with a piece of chicken lazily cut up on top. there was no fork. there was no dressing. my chest began to ache in sadness as i felt nothing less come upon me than existential dread and grief. i hate this place with a burning passion, with rage climbing out of the deepest depths of my...

The only enjoyable part was the unsweetened tea. The chicken sandwich was favorable but way too overcooked and upon returning to my hotel 4 minutes away the fries were ice cold, and unsalted. My initial reaction was too return to the location however this location is way too difficult to navigate and based on the two employees at both driveup windows I felt I would be fighting a LoSING BATTLE. Shameful business practices, serving terrible food at premium prices to unsuspecting drive-thru customers.
