It's a drive-up and walk-up joint so jot that down. Depending on who is taking your order the language barrier will take you some time. I had a hard time getting one employee to understand what I wanted then another came to help and really couldn't understand either, then finally I got someone that understood and things went from there. So that could and most likely will add to the wait time. Speaking of wait time, it is a bit of a wait. I watched three other people go through what I went through when ordering so be patient and know before you go. As far as the food. It's fast food Mexican style. They have a lot of options including breakfast options. However, the quality is definitely fast food. Everything is dripping in grease. The Birria tacos were wet with no crisp. The meat was good tacos as a whole just, it's a no for me unless you like grease. The chips were the same way fried and loaded in grease, but they were fresh ish. The queso was like water. Horrible. So do look for quality. This is fast food and that's exactly what you get. If you want quality, this ain't it. In a pinch this place is doable, not for me, but maybe for you. It is conveniently located, but parking is limited. It has potential. As of now they need to do better on quality. The authenticity is lost because of the lack of quality which can be easily turned around. Too expensive for the lack of quality they are currently serving, but I would be happy to pay that if they stepped it up. Again place had potential just subpar...

They forgot one of my meals in the bag, I stay pretty far from them so I’m glad I double checked before I got home. I got no more than three minutes away before it was noticed. I turn back around to get my food and they were rude all because I asked for a courtesy churro(it was free churro day or something like that)because of the inconvenience lol it’s no big deal I just thought I’d ask. The third lady said it’s only one per order I don’t make the rules and closed the window in my face lol okay I brushed/laughed that off and was like I won’t be coming back to this location it’s fine. Then I get home to take my food out the bag one of the items I ordered was a birria plate where you make your own they put the birria stuff in a container that is not sealed properly at all and it was super slippery due to the grease from the food and as you could imagine after taking it out the bag it literally slipped out of my hand and all of it fell on the floor I was pissed and hungry I just threw the beans and everything else away because what’s the use at this point. Working with my bank to get this disputed at this point. My food dropping on the floor and being poorly packaged is why I’m here the poor customer service is...

Manager apparently can sing! Never ever heard a manager sing how “NOT SORRY SHE IS”!! Call me crazy but just bc my name kinda sounds like word damn, does that mean I’m cursing at 3 employees that all asked my name and i pronounce it correctly they just weren’t listening. They for starters didn’t have order that was ordered online n paid for in full,28 mins prior. Manager was a treat though, she actually sang n and disrespected maybe 2,000 ppl closed windows. 10 cars behind me, and she just stood there.
