Millar Park — Attraction in University City

Clean park and we'll maintained playground. Fine for younger kids to play in less teenagers come to hangout. Suggest adult supervision at all times. When teens show up you MIGHT have an environment not suitable for younger kids. It can change from kid friendly to time to leave in a matter of minutes. Loud explicit music, bad language, inappropriate conversation and on occasion smoking. Then it's not an environment for children. Adults should always accompany their children.

UPDATED---its a great park to walk if and ONLY IF it's is busy. NEVER walk by yourself especially at dusk or after dark... I will NEVER walk by myself if the park is not full of people even during the day. In the evening just before dusk when the park wasn't that busy a man that had been walking behind me on the path and then he walk off, so I thought. He came out of the bushes at me on the north side of the walking path and the only thing that stopped him was he realized the few folks at the pavilion were watching.
